Dashboard was easy to navigate…
The dashboard was easy to navigate and get all the listing forms and items done. There was one form that stopped midway through the process that I couldn't finish so the Listing Agent was able to send it directly to to me so I could finish.

Trial and great error with Houzeo
After a 30 day experience with Houzeo, it was a trial and great error. Buyer beware. Trying to get anything listed or updated takes countless days. Simply list yourself through social media, realtor.com, zillow.com and save yourself the money and moreover the hassle. We received 0 traction with Houzeo in any way. Poor experience!

Unexpected Customer Service
Can you imagine Customer Service calling you BEFORE you had an issue or needed help? Well, that's what the team at Houzeo does. And if, and when, you need Customer Service, they answer the phone and immediately trouble shootshoot and resolve the issue. Samuel worked with me to develop a Plan B and then did the work behind the scenes to make it happen. Now that's Customer Service!! Very refreshing and unexpected.
