I truly had wonderful customer service, I had a small where the address was incorrect and my package never arrived to my home ,so I emailed Miss Chrissie and her response was almost immediate, which I was actually really impressed. She was very kind, understanding and quickly resolved my issue and even gave me a courtesy package for the troubles. To have any company, especially a small business that is trying to help our loved furr babies, go above and beyond to help their customer out the way that Chrissie helped me- I will stay a loyal customer. I recommend this company to anyone who has a pet they love and cherish and want to keep active and healthy !

My Mr. Purr was almost crippled in his back legs, He couldn't climb up on the bed or his climbing tower. We thought we were going to have to get expensive injections from the Vet so we said it can't hurt trying this product. It has given him his life back. I cannot believe how well this worked. Thanks Honest Paws, and thank you for being so patient with me, I know we got off to a rough start but you won me over. Sorry for being so grouchy...

Unsatisfactory service
Received email about next product shipment with the option to “skip”. I clicked that option. A week later I received a email saying product had shipped. I tried calling 3 times and sent 2 emails to stop shipment and cancel my account. Received a call today about this. They originally couldn’t find my account. After several tries they located. The person on the phone stated they had “spoke” to me about refunds. That is not true. They never spoke to me. On the phone now they said I would have to pay to return the item I previously told to skip and they shipped anyway . Their admin process is completely unsatisfactory making up calls and contacts that never happened. I highly do NOT recommend THIS COMPANY.

Truly a rare company
Truly a rare company. Excellent customer service with representatives who actually return emails ... very quickly! Ultimately the product didn't work out because my dog is very old, and the CBD naturally made him lethargic. Without me even asking, they refunded my $$ and didn't even request a return of the product. I will be purchasing other items from this excellent company, as they have many great products.

After one of our young male cats was…
After one of our young male cats was sadly killed by a coyote our 10yr old male has never been the same! People don’t realize that animals mourn, he paces and literally meow yells at us a certain time in the evening to go out which we limit access outside now to daylight for our cats. He is non-stop to where it’s total absolute insanity!! This CBD has helped calm him down, we’ve tried other CBD & hemp brands and he would vomit after a couple of uses. We started with half a dose per instructions now up to a full dose. It’s truly amazing 🤩 we give as needed he is calmer now some days and doesn’t even need it. He deserves peace in his senior years.

Exceptional service and support
The response time was exceptional, and the response was as well. I use the mobility product on my 13 year old rescue who came with bad arthritis in both shoulders. He also has seizures. The CBD oil has noticeably helped with movement, and certainly compliments his seizure medicine. He did not do well with the calming chews, and a refund was immediately issued.

The one for mobility did not help my dog at all and gave him explosive diarrhea. I am so mad when you spend this kind of money on something that says it will help and you get these results. Never agian will I buy from them.

I had went round & round with this company back in the fall of 2025. I finally inactivated my orders so they would not ship again. Today 1/29/26 I received an e-mail that an order was shipping to my address & what I was charged.. I am so over this crap.

Wasted Time, Money, and False Promises
Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience with both the product and customer service.I received a defective bottle of CBD oil for my dog and initially reached out to customer service right around the one-year mark of the order. During that first conversation, I was asked multiple questions about the order and was explicitly told a refund would be processed. The back-and-forth lasted almost a month, mostly because of delayed responses on their end, despite my repeated follow-ups, giving the impression the issue was being handled.After hearing nothing further, I followed up — and only then was I informed that no refund or replacement would be issued because the order was now “over a year old” and their system has “strict limitations.” Had I not followed up myself, I would never have been notified that the promised refund wasn’t happening.At no point was I proactively told that the refund was denied, despite earlier communication stating otherwise. I also repeatedly asked to escalate the issue and continued to be routed back to the same representative with no resolution.My advice to anyone ordering: open and inspect every bottle immediately upon receipt, because if a defect is discovered later, customer service will rely on technicalities rather than standing behind their product.This resulted in wasted time, money, and false promises, and shows that the company does not stand behind its product or its customer service.

shipping issue that was my fault
I had a shipping issue that was my fault. Chrissie helped get my address updated and helped me order another shipment without a problem and took care of it promptly. The company's response time is excellent. I enjoyed their use of AI as an initial point of contact, it worked surprisingly well and my issue was escalated quickly from AI service to Chrissie. Very good experience. Have been ordering from Honest Paws for months and have never had any problems. We believe their CBD oil has increased the quality of life for our 9 year old GSD/Belgian Malinois mix.
