I bought this set mainly to become familiar with vine charcoal (without knowing which hardness I'd prefer). It worked perfectly for me. Also, the other items included in the set are first-rate.

Ordered an $800 shed and never received…
Ordered an $800 shed and never received it. I was told it would arrive two weeks ago and still getting no response from email or phone as to why it is not here or on my refund. I just keep getting told to wait 24-48 hours. I have to reschedule everything I am working on now since this messes up my entire timeline. Very disappointed and still out $800 with no item.

This company lies and lies. says it shipped my order the next day with delivery in 8 to 10. actually didnt ship for 25 days and I still don't have it.

I ordered three packages of invitations…
I ordered three packages of invitations from them about a month ago.instead of invitations ($50) i got three empty tiki sterno can tourches worth about $5. I called they said no problem they would get back to me.They did not.Called back they said I had to send an e-mail to the customer support and they would get back to me.After 5 or 6 e-mails so far. They did not.Talked to a rep two days ago said they had to get the wrong product back first and they would send me a return label within 48 hours.They did not. Called today after 48 hours they said I would have the label by the end of the day. They never sent it.they also gave zero information on the invitations.This company is bad will never order again.Trying again to morrow then going to try to get my money back.BAD BAD BAD
