Received the candle in pieces
Received the candle in pieces. The box jingled when I received it. I have emailed the company with pictures and send them a Facebook Messenger messenge. NO RESPONSE whatsoever. Check out their Facebook- there are no comments under their posts. They are deleting the negative ones.

Invalid address & no reply from Homesick
Apparently Homesick doesn't utilize standard address verification technology, because they accepted an invalid shipping address (I will admit, I made a mistake when placing the order). Now my package is lost in transit and I can't reach anyone at Homesick to rectify the issue.

Awful awful customer service
Awful awful customer service. I ordered a candle and it never arrived..I emailed and they took 3 weeks to reply. They just said they can't help and that I should take it up with usps. I replied back and they ignored me. Rude and dismissive!

Bad quality
I received two harry potter candles. They were pricey and small but what bothered me the most was that both had no scent. They were supposed to be scented candles. If I even burn it, I have to hold my nose up three inches from the flame to even smell it. I contacted customer service 3-4 times before getting a helpful response. In the end, they let me return th candles and refunded me quickly. I do not believe the quality is consistent. The only candle that was properly scented was the free one

Horrible customer experience with this…
Horrible customer experience with this candle company. My wife was tricked into an upsell, which she couldn’t cancel. Customer support never responded and the order was “shipped already” within hours of ordering (we ordered in the middle of the night). They added a winter candle to our order (it’s Spring) without our consent. Customer service was non existent. Buyers beware.
