Prescription got canceled for no reason. I did get a prorated refund but had to pay full amount to start back over instead of continuing where they left off.

Cancelled me with no notice and no explanation
I signed up for a GLP-1 plan for 6 months. I paid in full and they delivered 2 months supply. They messed up the fulfillment of the 2nd shipment and instead of making it right, they just cancelled my subscription and refunded my money with no explanation. After you sign up, communication is terrible, and they may leave you high and dry with clinically unsafe outcomes by making you stop cold turkey.

Hims does not properly notify you of a subscription refill and processed these orders 1 month before the stated refill date. There is no customer service option except for an email address and they close tickets without responding. Do not do business with them.

Bad side effects from oral hair loss meds
I ordered an oral mediation for hair loss containing finastride and minoxidil compounded with biotin and some B vitamins. The biotin causes adult acne. I would not recommending using this product. Other online vendors (BosleyRx, Happy Head) have oral meds that only contain the necessary medications. It has been terrible for my skin. Avoid!!!

I could not respond to the questions asked by u via email mail . Every time I tried would say web page not found. However they completed my order based on my initial questionnaire. I received my order and the medication worked.

Not sure what the company can do better. I just know that after 2 months of taking injections. I am the same weight and still just as hungry. I am a little tired of being told "this is natural " I would have thought someone would have at least discussed changing my dosage. I feel as though the longer I can be kept at a lower dosage, the more money Hims can make by stalling my 6 month purchase. I'm hoping that I'm wrong.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! This is not a service meant to care for your health as advertised. It is a service designed to prey on the consumer and take advantage of people through their subscription based model. Even when going through the proper procedure to close one's account, they will still try to trip you up with a loop hole if you have multiple care teams or products you are purchasing. I closed my account in November 2025 and deleted the app because I found a product that I found to work better, and be a better overall fit for me personally. In February 2026 I was charged another $175 and shipped medication that I did not request, for a prescription that had already expired, on an account that I had been told by support team would be closed. The customer care team is a joke, and just keeps copy/pasting me their refund and cancelation policy. This company is banking on you not understanding how their program works, being overwhelmed by the process, and giving up. If you need care, take the time to visit a real doctor or use a service that is not built on a model that preys on its customers. The second star is for the efficacy of the product, which does work. Happily you can find the same product at a much better company. Would not recommend.

This is a scam. Hims will charge you upfront for treatment; then keep you at low dose until it is time for you to re-subscribe and pay them again. Complete scam.

I ordered 6months worth of product less 3 months ago. And Hims has just charged me for another 6months worth of product now!! This doesn’t make any sense. They took my money just like that and offered me a discount on my next order for the inconvenience.But what you did is highly unethical. I still have more the. 3 months worth of products. So why would a doctor authorise that you send me another 6 months worth of product?! This is prescription medication we are talking about. Shame on you!

Been a long time customer and now after I was charged 10 days ago, I have told first there was holding error, then it was in fulfillment. Just excuse after excuse. Taking me business else where asap. Do not waster time, effort of your money.
