The past two orders were never delivered. Your system has me confused with another customer who is receiving my orders. I have asked for refunds as I never received the orders. I hope this can be straightened out.

After an arm injury, and unfortunately cannot cook right now, I found Heart to Home a pleasant experience. The food is delicious. Customer service has been super. Grateful I found this service. Highly recommend.
Very receptive to phone calls and questions
I got 4 meals I did not order. I could not log into my account. When I called about log in they put me on voicemail. I like the meals but I had to set up another account to oeder.
I order low sodium meals. They are flavorful. Delivered in a timely manner. I am not disappointed in their service.
It’s so easy to order here . There is a lot of variety of meals to choose from. Everyone that works there is kind and friendly . Delivery is always early or on time.

I ordered 5 meals and paid for 5 meals. You delivered 4. I called and whoever I talked to said they would credit my account. That has not happened. Additionally, I only ordered 1 mini turkey dinner, you sent 2 mini turkey dinners.

Great meals!. I order them for my 97 yr old mother in law. Keep asking her for a favorite. She always says she likes all of them. Great service. Always on time and very helpful customer service reps on the phone!
A little pricey but worth it
Order received Jan. 8 for Jan. 15 delivery (7 days). Jan. 15 came & went with NO delivery. Waited all day for delivery. Emailed company at 6:00 pm & received return email the next day. Delivery was rescheduled for Jan. 21.Finally received my order on Jan.21st @ 9 AM.
