My husband is in a nursing home and has been using Remedy moisturizing cream for excessively dry skin. It has been difficult for me to find this cream at my usual shopping places. I've had several occasions to order from HealthyKin. Always came as ordered. This time because I added an item, it came in two packages. The first arrived with no notice of a second so spent time inquiring. It arrived at my door 3 days later.
I had operation and have had to catheter mtself. Catheters sent from the VA(I am vetern) I didn't like. Went online and ordereda month supply. lAm going to reordersoon.

Product prices were competitive, even compared to Amazon. However, Amazon has free delivery on orders over $35 and Healthy Kin does not. So, not as competitive when there is a shipping and handling fee. Delivery was quick and efficient.
So honestly I don't understand why this medical store has a below 5 stars. I have ordered 2 times from them recently and the service I get and the shipping was awesome.. This company may fool me one day with the waiting game of shipments but, not these 2 times. I just recently had surgery and I've ordered stuff that the doctor says I will need for my wound healing. I will continue to buy from them asong as I can get it to my door quickly. Also, I have found out that they are more reasonable on some of their products but, medical equipment and supplies are very expensive I know this from working in the EMS field and working at a local hospital. I give this business a 10 out of 10.Thank you all for your quick shipment and reasonable prices of what I needed. I'm not done so save my name 😁.. Very Happy Customer

Healthy Kin always gets my order right, gets it to me on time, and at the right price. It's been a couple of years now and they are helpful when needed. I highly recommend them and will use them again myself.
Ordered a knee immobilizer. It was very cheaply made and of no help. Literally a thin piece of foam with a metal rod in rhe back of the leg. Called to have it returned. You pay to return it and it is sent in a very large box. By the time I paid to send it back, it cost almost as much as the immobilizer. Never will I buy from them again.
Great price, but when item was out of stock there was no notification or estimated delivery without requesting it from customer service. Order well in advance of actual need and everything will be fine.

I've been ordering from HealthyKin.com for many years, and they always have the lowest prices, which is why I consider them the best. They do charge shipping, but no sales tax. They have a large assortment of products & often new products. For me, as a baby-boomer & on a fixed-income, it's a win-win.
We did not receive the package and the proof of delivery was signed by some else. When I reached out, UPS said it was being sent back to your office.
