Satified with the delivery process.
The drop-off process was easy and fairly quick. We were notified of our transport progress on a regular basis. Our car was delivered earlier than we expected. I believe the delivery date in the notification was 2/20 when it actually arrived on 2/10. The extra cost to have it delivered to our home was worth it.

Trip number 2
This is the second car we have had transported. Very easy process. Friendly people to work with. Getting to the port with all those semi trucks is kind of intimidating but we found our port ok.

Customer service was extremely helpful and efficient. My car was picked up in Chicago, driven to Oakland, C.A., shipped to Honolulu, H.I. then to Hilo, H.I. in less than 30 days. Pick-up was fast and hassle free! If I ever have to ship a car again, I will be using Hawaii Car Transport and recommending them to anyone who needs to.
