Disappointed-Sadly my relationship with havaianas…

Sadly my relationship with havaianas has abruptly ended after my fourth and final pair has broken, again! Whilst comfortable, the quality is extremely poor. Each pair I owned has broken at the toe thong, which renders it totally irreparable. Sorry Havaianas, the time has come for me to take my custom elsewhere…

Ordered a matching pair for myself and…

Ordered a matching pair for myself and my daughter on their European website. It was not clearly stated that the shown sizes were not European sizes. So I asked to return my daughters size, as the one I ordered are way to big. They say I can do so, but I will have to pay the fee to return them and another fee for the new pair… so it will cost me 10 EUR to change a size of kids shoes that cost 20 EUR…. I find this absolutely ridiculous. I’m sending both pairs back and will change brands moving forward. Also, the pattern and colors did not match the photos online.

I order online and they sent me used…

I order online and they sent me used and when I ask for refund they told that they need photos I sent the photos and after that noone replied me back. So I paid for new and I get used with scratches and marks. Stay away from that brand.

Sandals broke within a month and…

Sandals broke within a month and sprained my ankle on holiday. Contacted Maria at customer care who has been totally unhelpful fails to respond to emails and had the cheek to offer me a voucher for another pair instead of a full refund. After sales at this company has really gone down hill and would not recommend products which in my opinion are not the quality they used to be. Very Disappointed to say the least.

Down right terrible.

I bought a pair of expensive flip flops for my spouse back in March. I ordered her usual size. She developed blisters between her toes directly after she started wearing them. Turns out the dimensions of the slippers were totally different from the multiple slippers she already had. Size consistency is a joke with this firm. They won’t even reply to my emails. We’ve ordered dozens of flip flops in the past but we’ve reached our breaking point. Never again.

Extremely poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service! They don't care and won't do anything to help you.Ordered 2 weeks ago and got an order confirmation email. Aparently the payment didn't go through and I was never notified. So I missed out on the promotions and delivery. Instagram & email support are extremely unhelpful. When called - they refer you to email! it's taken over a week to get hold of them in the first place. Never again

Quality gets worse and worse while prices rise

They seem to have simultaneously increased their prices like they're a premium brand while reducing the quality of the product. Lucky to now get 2-months out of a pair before they break. Customer service is terrible bordering on rude. Last order arrived looking like they'd been pre-worn or thrown around the factory a bit. Sad to see the demise of a once iconic brand.

They ignore consumers right

I have received a flip flops with a factory glitch on the sole. I was on the phone 93miniutes (tried to reach customers service) but nobody answered my call over 1.5hours wait. The flip flops sole was dirty as well not just not damaged by the factory.Now they telling me I need to pay for to return the flip flops with factory glitch. They think I will pay for something that they MUST NOT SELL FOR ANYONE.This is the lowest quality support ever, they absolutely ignoring consumers right. I will not stop , I will teke this further because this is nonsense I need to pay for their rubbish stuff to send it back. Every normal company would send a return label for you or pay your cost. This one denies to pay for Their mistakes.Last one I bought anything from this company. Obviously I need my money back after the useless flip flops.

Broken after a few wears

Purchased three pairs of flip flops in January ‘24 from a special promotion they emailed me. Living in Canada, flip flop season starts late May. By August the thong material broke apart on all three sets. They are unwearable. I reached out to the company, sent photos, because I wasn’t within the 60 warranty window, they will not replace them. They did offer me a 20% off coupon on regular price only sandals to buy myself a replacement pair. I used to get several summers out of one pair, now it’s a few wears. Silly me for not wearing them back in January and February when we had snow on the ground. Extremely disappointed in the poor quality and poor customer service. Will never buy again!

Havaianas website borders on scam.

The Havaianas website is difficult to impossible to utilize, navigate or communicate.The phone customer service is unhelpful, condescending and unacceptable.I will never purchase Havaianas from their website again. Nordstrom is much more reliable and gracious. Lesson learned.

Appallling service

Appallling service from the Havainas official website. I've bought numerous pairs of flip flops from Office shoes store but this was my first time ordering directly from Havainas. Before I ordered I checked the sizing of my other flip flops to make sure it was correct. When they arrived it was at least a size and a half smaller than my originals even though the sizing was identical. I contacted customer services and they offered no explanation apart from the mould plates can vary in size but the difference should only be 1cm. I showed them pics of the difference in sizes and they just offered a refund. I explained that I'm going on holiday and want a replacement pair so can they explain why the difference is so big in the two flip flops. They responded that they can't guarantee the size I receive. I can't believe a company cannot even guarantee their products will be correct. I took the refund but will never purchase directly from them again. Best bet is to try the size in a store, don't trust the website.

Hi everyone….I ordered a couple of…feels like a scam

Hi everyone….I ordered a couple of pairs of Havianas for a fast approaching holiday , and having read the reviews, I’m regretting it already. Ordered them 10 days ago and although they promised “ 5 working days” it is now 8 working days .whenever I try to email them , I’m told email address doesn’t exist ?? Can anyone advise me of an email address that they’ve at least had a response from ?? Cheers x

Will NEVER purchase from them again

Ordered 2 slippers and they were big so I submitted my request to return them. I received a return label but didn't realize I was sent two shipping labels until after I sent the slippers back. I only received credit for one pair and to this day, they have yet to credit me for the 2nd pair, despite sending a couple of emails. Needless to say I have never purchased from the website again and will never purchase this brand elsewhere.

save ourself a headaches …

Just save ourself a headaches and buy Havaianas at the shoe store, because if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason from online shop it will be very difficult to get your money back.

Wish I had read the reviews

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered a pair of sandals and used the websites recommended size conversion chart. When they arrived, they were too small and after googling the EU to UK size conversion, it became apparent that their website conversion information is incorrect. I contacted them to make them aware and return the sandals. However, I was charged £4.90 to return for their error which is poor customer service. They did offer a voucher on my next order but I certainly won’t be ordering from them again.

AVOID...

2 orders in as many wks and both orders short of items. Shouldn't be able to order things if they are out of stock! Sort yourselves out ffs!!Absolutely awful to deal with.

I ordered size 42 sandals and got size…

I ordered size 42 sandals and got size 44. They said that is the European size. Never had that before in my life with ordering from other countries. The customer service is extremly hard to reach. I always get a message that they are on a break. It cost multiple times to reach them. I could return them and also for free. The for free was not for free and I still had to pay the costs for sending while they promised something else.. I tried to reach them but again very hard. Very disapointing that their mistake cost me money. I would not reccomend ordering from this website...

AVOID BUYING FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS

Brought a pair of expensive sandals and they are way too small. I have asked for a returns label and they will not let me return without proof they are too small, I can’t even get them on my feet to take a picture. Avoid buying at all costs from this company. I have now gone through my bank to try and get a refund as they are vile to speak to and send really snotty replies to emails.
