Excellent quality of work and customer service
Superb service from Hallcraft. Had some bodywork repairs which were perfect. Customer service was also excellent. Would very highly recommend.

Exceptional Service and Expertise – Highly Recommended!
Outstanding service—I highly recommend Hallcraft! I brought my car in for an issue that had baffled two other garages. Despite the 40-minute drive, I chose Hallcraft based on a recommendation, and they exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, their service was impeccable.The receptionist was attentive, taking the time to really listen rather than just jotting down details. The technician I spoke with was knowledgeable and clearly experienced, instilling confidence right away. They kept me updated with regular phone calls and, most importantly, successfully resolved the issue.I’m thrilled to have discovered this company and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of reliable car repairs.

Great Promise; no delivery
The company took on work it was unable to complete. Caravan booked in at agreed date for service and repairs. Sat on forecourt for three weeks. Phoned and told it was being done. Further two weeks later told it would take another 6 weeks as they were busy with other customers. Not impressed. Advised of intention to give poor review. Told they didn't care as they had too much work anyway.

Used this company for the first time…
Used this company for the first time to carry out some bodywork to my 18year old Mercedes price was very reasonable the job was fantastic I do fall in to the really fussy category and to be fair it was perfect. Would definitely recommend them
