Brought a few items from them and quality is quite poor, stitching has come out of the seem on the arm of the shirt and the bottoms have been washed and have faded badly.Am am happy to say that Gymshark have been really helpful resolving this for me. Thank you.
Absolutely terrible customer service! First you can’t speak to anyone it’s an AI Bot Chat. Once it’s established that your complaint is valid you sit and wait for 20 plus minutes for a “service” representative to take over in the chat. If they disagree with your issue the chat then goes silent and nothing gets resolved. I received a pair of tights with no tags or labels (already used?) but they said there was no compensation for this. I can’t return them because now it appears as though I have removed the tags and can’t get a refund! I even sent photos of the packaging and ofthe pants but the representative just kept sending me messages saying there is no compensation. Sad. I actually liked their products but due to TERRIBLE customer service I will be shopping elsewhere.

Ordered from them a few times now and they do not disappoint, all clothes appear to be very true to size but still may be best to size down on muscle fit/ compression items. Definitely worthwhile looking at for gym wear.

I ordered a ribbed tank 3 pack, only to receive the 3 pack packaging with one tank inside. Note, I have not opened the original packaging, but it is see-through and very clear only one tank is inside. Even though I am well within the return period of 30 days, and the product packaging literally has not been opened, Gymshark is refusing to discuss a solution because I have not reported the issue within 7 days (which is not required according to Dutch law). Extremely disappointing way of handling a mistake on their end.
Accidentally bought the wrong size. Applied for a return and got it ready to send within 2 minutes hassle free. Bought another with the right size and fits amazing.
