For a DIY project, they worked great, and cutting was a easy process. Put into a guest cabin, seams showed up and wife noticed. Maybe with time and cleaning they may cover (like the ends on the pieces in the box). Still a great product and the installer is happy.
The customer support was very friendly and timely which we appreciated as this was a gift for our loved one. The materials arrived packaged well and quickly. Communication was easy and of course- the products were great! We appreciated the videos to help with the installation (like how far to install from the wall, etc.) thank you so much.

These carpet squares are working great for my bunny pen! I liked how Greatmats had a whole section on their website about different options for bunny enclosure flooring with pros and cons of each. The mats were delivered super fast, easy to assemble, and look great. Buns are stoked.
I got a free sample, then was in contact with a helpful customer representative via email, then got my order exactly as expected.
The price went up $4,000 since we got our quote last year. Delivery was delayed several times, but not a problem for our timing. However, delivery was a fiasco when it finally got here, trying to coordinate delivery and having to take it off the truck ourselves.
