Great scents and quality
I bought some wax melts from this company. They are fantastic. Presented well, nice designs and awesome strong, long lasting scents. I will be buying more!!

Wish I had researched this company…
Wish I had researched this company before purchasing! Ordered a necklace asked if it could be like the picture, no response. 3 days later asked if they were posting...no response. When I arranged for refund through PayPal they responded with "oh as it had to be made that's what took the time and we were going to post out today but as you don't want it, it will go in shop". When I said I would be happy to purchase again they then said they had "melted it down"?! Appalling customer service appalling company. Avoid.

Very poor product & no customer service
Very poor product & no customer serviceI wish I'd read all the poor reviews before ordering.The "Christmas Tree Highly Scented Tea Lights" were no such thing. They gave off no scent when lit whatsoever. If you stuck your nose into the delivery box, you might get a faint whiff of pine lavatory cleaner.As for "Customer Service" it is so user-UNfriendly as to basically say Do Not Contact Us. Impossible to call them. They take at least 2 days to reply to an email, and then when they don't provide a sufficient response, take a further 2 days to get back again. Avoid if you can, I certainly won't be back.

Awesome
This is my third order from these guys. Their plug-in air fresheners are absolutely amazing and incredible value for money. I’m a sports therapist and like my treatment room to smell good. The sandalwood and black pepper plug-ins are brilliant, I get lots of comments on how amazing they smell. Very masculine and not overly sweet like a lot of the commercial plug-ins nowadays. Very surprised to see negative reviews on here - I’ve never had any service issues and my orders are always despatched quickly. Thanks guys!

My order never arrived
My order never arrived, I emailed the company several times over 3 months before getting a short, sharp reply not answering my query. I'm really disappointed with the customer service as I had ordered with this company previously and liked their products.

Very poor packaging and customer service
Very poor packaging, a flimsy piece of paper, and all colours and smells jumbled up together. No idea which perfume they are. Opened the paper and they fell on the floor. Couldn't be given as a present. They said it was my fault. Hardly no smell so probably be the same if they were melted. Don't recommend at all, 0 star if I could.

No individual packaging.
I bought a selection of wax melts for different people. They arrived in one box all mixed up with no form of separation or details of which was which. As the box is larger than needed they had bumped together, meaning there were lots of bits of wax inside and some melts show signs of damage. As two of them were white in colour and similar smells it's impossible to know which they are. If you are giving them as presents, there's no packaging for them.

Received the wax melts and the smell is poor. Most of them just smelt of wax. Don’t bother wasting your money plenty of other company’s out there that aren’t stingy with mixing in the scents.

I made an order at the beginning of the…
I made an order at the beginning of the month and received an email from gower coast crafts telling me my item was shipped and being sent to me. It is now approaching a month since I made this order, I have messaged them copious amounts of times and had no response?? Today after a threatening message to them after asking for my refund back several time’s I got a generic email response telling me they we’re away on holiday and since my message was now responded to it would be taken off the mailing list??? I’m so exhausted by this company, the lack of customer response and not knowing what’s happened to my order?? I ordered specifically early to receive it in time to give as gifts for Christmas which family and friends have gone without now. This is the first time I have ever ordered from this company and most definitely the last. I fear I may have to look into reversing the transaction with my bank if it’s possible as I’m beginning to believe I will not get my items or money back for that matter. Please think twice about ordering from this company. I have had a terrible time and absolutely no apologies, proper direct response nothing?!! It’s upsetting I’ve had to even give them 1 star rating to be able to have composed this review. I think my next stop will be contacting trading standards as a last resort to at least get my money back!! The fact they say refunds should be applied for within 30 day’s and yet I have asked this also on several occasions and can’t get a response so what exactly am I meant to do????

Beautiful wax melts - eco friendly packaging
Your wax melts are absolutely beautiful. One of the only brands I have found that ship in 100% cardboard packaging with no plastic, much more eco conscious which I adore.They smell so good even before they are burned, when they are delivered I can smell them as soon as I open my porch!! A wide variety of scents & definitely a fantastic business to support and show your love to

Amazing wax melts
Amazing wax melts, the best company I’ve found for scents after trying many. The scents only last one day, but I want that pure clean small and happy to change every day.
