I appreciate the personal support and service. Both Tim and James were very helpful and quick to respond. The online acculturation process was not that easy and I have had a computer since before computers were available to purchase on the shelf. Maybe a written tutorial upfront would make the process easier.

My account manager is professional and polite. He takes time to answer my questions. He knows my profile and offers products to me within my price range. He is easy to get in touch with, and if he's on the line with another customer he always calls back promptly, generally in less than 30 minutes. He has built trust over the years, has helped me with administrative record keeping, and retrieving historical records. Highly reccomend.

I was promised a shipment of this order on 2/17/26,and an email and phone call on this date with the shipping information. IT IS NOW THE END OF 2/19/26) AND I haven't heard squat.
