This was my issue with GG online US app: I would like to follow up on the status of my order exchange. The return item for exchange was received per ID tracking . I made a call to follow on the 1st week of February which I was informed it takes 14 business days for a return process. Now it is heading into March and I still have not received the product nor has the status update changed on the app, it still says" In Progress" since 01/23/26. I called today and was informed by the customer representative,that, he has to send an email to the warehouse so that the other warehouse can be aware of the situation and they only communicate via email. Are we in the year 1996?That the only form of communication is via email.This is very frustrating, I usually order my GG items ,from Neiman Marcus or Bloomingdale's ,but ,because I do not see this shoe design in both retailers, I opted to purchase online ,via the Golden Goose app ,which I am now great regretting, if this how long the process takes. I have attached a screen capture of my item return. I have sent an email today, no response as of yet, or let me guess, it takes 14 business days to respond? These shoes cost a lot,shouldn't the GG customer service be at least decent? The chat with us tab in the golden goose website does not work, nor, does the email us tab. I had to look up what the email address is. Would I order from the GG online website again? Yes but it'll be not for an exchange but for a refund but then, again, the question is, would the customer service be the same or different for a refund compared to an exchange? I doubt it. Please invest in taking care of your GG loyalists.
The Amsterdam team are very warm & welcoming. That made my first GG shopping experience easy and fun. Thank you to Deborah, Saskia, Sergio and the rest of the team (I missed to take their names). My new sneakers are comfortable, I am convinced to save up for my next pair =)

Love popping into the different Golden Goose Deluxe Brand (GGDB) shops — the staff at the Hans store have been super helpful. The signature Venice perfume throughout the space is gorgeous, and the overall display, clothing selection, and customised shoe range are absolutely exceptional.
I went into the Chadstone store with my mum late on Friday night to buy my first pair of golden goose. I’ve been wanting some for years and finally decided to treat myself. The two girls who were helping me were incredible! They weren’t pushy and they even customised them for me right then and there even though they were closing soon. They kept the store open for me for a couple minutes so they could finish them. I really appreciate the work that they both put into finding me my dream golden goose.
Amaizing experience
This is my second purchase at Chadstone Shopping Centre, and this time I bought the True-Star in white nappa leather with a gold star and beige suede heel tab.The customer service was excellent the staff were friendly, attentive, and made the shopping experience enjoyable.However, compared to my first purchase, I noticed a difference in the packaging. The first time I bought my shoes, they were beautifully wrapped and even came with a silver envelope, which made the experience feel extra special and premium.This time, when I got home and filmed my usual unboxing video, the shoes were not properly wrapped and the tissue paper inside the box was crumpled. It didn’t feel like the same level of presentation.These are not cheap shoes, and I expect a premium experience especially when it comes to packaging and attention to detail.The website also mentioned that a free pin would be included, but unfortunately, I did not receive one.I hope this feedback helps improve the packaging and ensures all promised items are consistently included in future purchases.
