Just Terrible, I will not be a pro member next year. I call customer service every two weeks twice for my problems to never be resolved. I can never trust customer service anymore. And there web never works. It’s just a headache and a pain in my ass.

I've been using their Whey Protein for 15 yrs. Its already very expensive.I can only get the Vanilla Custard flavor in the US, so when we go to our place in Florida I stock up.I went in to pick up a container and I was shocked at the increase in the already overpriced product.They forced me to shop around, I am now using a different product from Sams Club. Its a Vanilla Milkshake flavor with good quality ingredients, high protein servings, great taste and amazing price."GNC, you have now lost me as a lifetime customer."
I’d give zero stars if I could. In store, they’re great but they rarely have what I need. Always out of stock. That forced me to buy what I needed online. The system changed all the information I input and shipped my product elsewhere. I contacted customer support and was told, oh well, there was nothing they could do, and to order more. Why would I do that? Never shopping here again. They’re scammers. They take your money and ship your products wherever they want. Contacting the BBB next.
i was being billed $44.99 x3 and i never wated this in the first place i tryed ghost it gave me gas and i threw it out then i find out the mofo put me on a mothly bs with out telling me this is not cool beware
I’ve visited this location 05848 three times and have consistently had issues with an associate named Jose. He is unprofessional, lacks basic product knowledge, and gives unsolicited advice on items he admits he doesn't understand. After being misled on a pre-workout recommendation and dealing with a rude attitude during my final return, I won’t be seeking assistance from him again. Better training is definitely needed at this branch.
Took full payment, didn’t deliver for 23+ days, gave no updates, no courtesy call. Only after I contacted them, they admitted product not available and refunded on Jan 3. This is not customer service, this is negligence. Don’t trust GNC/Guardian with online orders. Extremely disappointed.
I ordered a product 12/19/25. 4-5 days later I receive an email notification advising the product had been delivered when it had not. I immediately called GNC's customer service, aired my grievances, and was asked to wait an additional 48hrs for the delivery as sometimes, carriers will mark product as delivered when it's actually in route. This made no sense to me, but I complied. 48hrs passed, still no product. I tried calling their customer service a 2nd time and was unsuccessful in getting through after trying 3-4x. I then activated their chat line and chatted with someone named Wilfredo. He said they needed to investigate the matter since the product was marked as delivered. After telling Wilfredo the product was NOT delivered several times, he disconnected our chat. I then circled around to the BBB to lodge a complaint. 24hrs later I get an email from GNC stating the item had been reshipped. However, 5 minutes post receipt of that email, GNC sends another one stating the item was out of stock and the order is cancelled. No discussion about a refund. I again tried calling GNC, can't through again so I opted to activate their chat line. Spoke with a JoAnn 12/29/25 who apologized and assured me a refund within 1-5 business days. It's been 5 business days, still no refund. I tried calling GNC and still could not get through. Dead air each time I tried. By this time, my thought is that GNC blocked my calls. I had my sister call on a 3 way line and coincidentally, got through. I spoke with an Angela and she apologized as she had no record of my prior chat with JoAnn but assured me the refund will be given in 1-5 business days. That call was the morning of 1/3/26. I am beyond drained. GNC essentially advertised a product for sale on their website that they knew wasn't in stock to make illegal profits. I will never do business with this company again.
If I could give negative stars I would! Customer service FAILED miserably. 3 weeks to receive part of my order that I had to call and complain about not having. In the end I will not be receiving the rest of my order because I was told the system would not allow it…. IT IS IN STOCK! Do yourself a favor don’t pay for pro access and don’t order online, they can’t do their part!

I went to purchase selenium at the store located at 7309 East Independence Blvd in Independence Square. I read the ingredients and noticed silicon dioxide and went right back in expecting a full refund.I did not even leave the parking lot returning less than four minutes after purchase. The manager Adam hands me a ten dollar bill. The RECORDED TRANSACTION shows me handing him a twenty dollar bill. He proceeds to talk for over THIRTY MINUTES offering convoluted math to justify NOT GIVING ME A FULL REFUND. He called me IGNORANT several times ASKED ME TO LEAVE HIS STORE THREE SEPARATE TIMES HOWEVER HE REFUSED TO CALL THE POLICE. GET IT? I told him repeatedly I was entitled to a full refund. Based on his blatant disrespect and arrogance I concluded he must do this on a regular basis. After he realized I was NOT going to just walk away, he decided I would in fact receive an additional $6.08 because I REFUSED TO BE OUTRIGHT ROBBED WHICH I WAS ANYWAY BECAUSE HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME $3.92 which would constitute a full refund. I WAS INSULTED REPEATEDLY AND IGNORED REPEATEDLYIT WAS A VERY HORRIFIC VERY DISRESPECTFUL EXPERIENCE AND TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN THE EXTREME. I may be a disabled veteran but I did NOT DESERVE TO BE TREATED AND TALKED TO LIKE THAT. Consequently I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as the District Attorney and Consumer Reports. The ENTIRE TRANSACTION INCLUDING INSULTS AND VOICE RAISING HAS BEEN SEEN BY THE ABOVE AGENCIES. They were appalled and disgusted and rightly so. I just want the $3.92 that Adam withheld from the transaction. When I asked for it He said he was done talking to me and went to assist other customers. The Freedom of Information A CT will make the recorded transaction PUBLIC.My family has had an attorney contact FOUR TELEVISION STATIONS HERE IN CHARLOTTE AND THEY HAVE COPIES OF THE TRANSACTION. I was going to that location BEFORE HE WAS HIRED THERE. NEVER A PROBLEM. To have BLED THE GROUND IN A FOREIGN LAND IN DEFENSE OF THIS COUNTRY ONLY TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS... THE BLANTANT ARROGANCE AND DISRESPECT WAS EGREGIOUS AT BEST. NEVER BEEN TREATED REMOTELY LIKE THIS AT THAT LOCATION. TO HAVE TO TALK FOR OVER 25 MINUTES FOR A REFUND FOR A PROUDUCT I PURCHASED AND RETURNED LESS THAN FOUR MINUTES LATER. Again the reason was because the product contained silicon dioxide.I am of the impression that Adam the manager has made a SMALL UNTAXABLE IMMORAL FORTUNE BASED ON MY INTERACTION WITH HIM TODAY.THAT IS ALL. I should have read Trustpilot before ordering from here. I ordered and the same day they send me the tracking number. After 5 days any update the item was pending to ship, I contacted Customer Service and they was rude they said the problem was usps and give me a $5 dollar discount without let me talk they end the chat!! unfulfilled orders, lack of responses to inquiries, and unhelpful or rude representatives. I agree
Absolute atrocious customer service twice now. Here’s the shortest version: Order placed 6/21/25Shipment totally went missing and I sent an email asking what is going on on 7/1/25. Finally got a response on 7/6/25 saying that the order is missing and telling me they would send me replacements. But, once again, customer service fell apart and I never heard anything back from them and never got a shipment. Sent ANOTHER EMAIL asking them what is going on on 7/11/25…. No response at all. Just order from someone else. This is a waste of time trying to get gnc to follow-through on their end of the deal.
I’ve been a loyal GNC customer for years — from my time living in Montreal all the way to Toronto.GNC was always my go-to place for high-quality supplements, especially their protein powders, which not only had amazing flavor but also delivered real results.I was truly saddened to hear that GNC is shutting down its operations in Canada.It’s heartbreaking to witness yet another trusted brand disappear from the Canadian market.I really hope there will still be a way to order GNC products from the U.S. without excessive import fees.GNC will definitely be missed by many of us who relied on their consistency and quality.
I had a package stolen off my porch and GNC is refusing to refund my money. Seriously? This is a basic thing to do now considering porch theft is up, and people will follow FedEx trucks around. What a joke.
Worst customer service ever. I placed a several hundred dollar order June 3 and paid for expedited shipping. They didn’t even ship until June 10th after I inquired where the package was. I was offered 5 dollars for my inconvenience. Now that I need to return it because it arrived too late, they will not issue a return shipping tag, I have to take time off and actually go to a store. Do not buy from GNC unless you want to be ripped off.
