Helped once and never got back to me
Had an issue with secure boot not allowing me to actually access my laptop. Tried using their esupport page cus in the UK it looks like that's all I can do. They asked me to try one thing and get back to them. It didn't work and they never got back back to me after I told them.

Motherboard fail just over 1 yr old
Had the laptop for just over a year and the motherboard crashed. They are garbage. I even bought a higher end gigabyte. Used it for work so didn’t play games with it or used it for any too intensive. The new motherboard is worth more than what I paid for the laptop. So when you read reviews saying that it is a budget friendly laptop with same performance as the higher end lap tops … it’s not true. If you need any parts for it. They are not cheap. My previous laptop was a dell - lasted almost 9 years. Was a great laptop top. I would stay away from a gigabyte. The price is tempting but if I could go back I’d spend the extra money and get a differed laptop top.

Awful Service
Laptop sent back 2 times with screen issues, they tried to to say there was nothing wrong and used screen diagnostic tools but the problem was there and i photographed it. They didnt believe me. They then replaced it and sent another bad screen so sent back again, now the battery dies and its just 5 months old. Asked to escalate to supervisor but email ignored. Never buy gigabyte again. Terrible customer service and this company should be fined heavily. They are a disgrace

Gigabyte product quality is soooo bad
Gigabyte product quality is soooo bad. This is the last time I use their products. Every time I have had to warranty an item with them (Which seems to be more frequently than any other brand) I have a horrible experience. Must pay to ship them their broken product. Always find a way to make you pay for your repair. Latest example of them dropping the ball is a motherboard that was poorly manufactured. Multiple pieces on the board have pulled away from a BRAND NEW mainboard just removing a cooler from the CPU as well as USB3 cable. This should not happen on first use let alone several uses. They blame it on user installation error and write it off. I dont even think I could intentionally do this on a well made product... Stay away from their junk and buy any other brand!

Terrible support - 0 communication.
6 months after I bought my B850 motherboard from them, it had gradual instability, crashes and then eventually it wouldn't POST. I contacted their RMA email address and they told me that I had to pay for organise and pay for delivery to their UK office and back. About 2 days after the motherboard arrived with GB UK, I got an email saying that they had "repaired" the board, but they said all they did was update the BIOS, but they clearly didn't stress test the motherboard as I said that was what was causing the crashes. They then got ME to organise and pay for the pickup of the board from their office, which they then told the delivery driver "there was nothing to collect". They eventually said "we will ask another guy from DPD who comes everyday to collect it for us as well." (literally copy pasted from their email).I have bought many GB products over the years and several motherboards, but I highly doubt I will again after this.

Writing this because they include rubbish like Norton in their Gigabyte control center.Can we please not have unwanted blaotware pushed onto us? every time I look for driver updates i must uncheck the box for norton or I get that troll software installed.Why are you pushing Norton onto us? How much are they paying you and why do we not see that reflected in lower prices than other brands if we have to endure your 'partners' ?

Fault with B550 Motherboards
Product is faulty (B550 Motherboard) and has issues with PCs going into sleep. Issue is happening with multiple users.The gigabyte support instead of owning the issue, is trying to blame hardware, asking to borrow power supplys and replace my OS. The issue is clearly with s0ix sleep and yet they refuse to acknowledge it and release an update for BIOS that would allow a change of the setting to S3 (which would resolve the issue).Staff is condescending and ignorant.Will definitely not be buying their products again.

I bought a Gigabyte Ultra Durable…
I bought a Gigabyte Ultra Durable motherboard for a AMD 5600G APU. I purchased decent Corsair RAM and a good SSD. Also a name brand PSU 500watt. Yes I used XMP profile to get 3200 RAM speed but everything else was stock. After few months I began to experience weird unexplained issues in Windows. Missing content in windows, blank windows, freezing. Lot of this seem common place with a hardware issues. I was disappointed to see such older drivers on the Gigabyte support site. Especially since the motherboard was still being sold on their site and on retail sites online. It was like they posted drivers early on after production but then simply dropped support. At least a bios update was released which seemed to help my issues. But I was not impressed with the lack of overall support for this motherboard. Gigabyte talks a good marketing scheme about how tough their boards are. But they obviously forget about how important driver updates are. I know myself, I won’t buy another Gigabyte product.

Excellent Service
I had an accident shortly after I bought my laptop, and in all fairness it had at least once fallen off the hospital bed. It stopped charging and then stopped altogether. When I was able to contact Gigabyte it was more than a year and I was just looking for information, when they told me it was still under warranty. The guy helped me out with identifying it was warranty and as soon as I was well enough I dropped it in for repair - one business day later and it was ready to be picked up! Cannot praise Gigabyte customer service enough after this experience.

Why Norton?
The GCC that comes pre-installed wasn't the worst, it allowed a little control of the RGB but had no options so was kinda sad coming from other brands versions of this.The thing that killed it for me was the forced installation of Norton on my machine, now I need to find alternatives to the GCC app.

No respect for customers
No respect for customers. Customer service drags their feet to respond to anything, won't honor warranties, continues to put out bad product and will not issue recalls even after severe defects are found with the model itself, only issues a one-time "free" repair (still had to pay for shipping) for a non exhaustive list of affected serials, and of course even the replacement panel barely lasts a year. Never buying this e-waste again.

Been a user of their Z790 UD AX motherboard.After running into stability issues with the i9-13900KS on this board, I had to underclock some settings. However, the UEFI GUI is poor and confusing. There are many settings not explained at all and it is confusing to tweak and overclock.

This company have a good product BUT don't expect any support, as they are useless and just tell you to try their support page that doesn't work. So if you are a fan of being ignored and unassisted then purchase one of their products.

I seriously regret buying a Gigabyte…
I seriously regret buying a Gigabyte laptop 3 years ago. I know it is out of warranty but i would expect support when it comes to upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11 - that should be a basic expectation for a computer of this quality and expense, which is capable of the upgrade. I have tried many times to contact the company for help & advice but they have been useless. Each time i contact i have to fill in an online form, it then takes a week or more to get an answer which has repeatedly proven to be useless. Eventually i was referred to a different technical team who were also useless. They then told me to get in touch with Microsoft who were helpful but unable to solve the problem. So i'm stuck with a computer which won't run Windows 11 and they refuse to help as i'm out of warranty. They would charge me hunders of pounds and i'd have to facilitate sending my computer to them etc. They do not offer online support via remote access, which i was prepared to do.

how these people even made an electrical device shocks me. i have a laptop with there software on which windows don't allow to open as it sees it as a virus. after months of messaging support there latest response is download the exact copy of there software which i already have on my laptop that don't work. well done guys

Purchased 10th October 2025Still no resolution 20th November 2025I have purchased multiple Gigabyte products in the past. Having to replace a failing GPU I forked out $5100aud on the Pre water blocked 5090. After the registration process failing multiple times, I attempted to gain some support. I was directed to eSupport. My lord. This is the largest pile of dog doo doo I have ever experienced. The incompetence. The delays. The uselessness is abundant. After providing them with the information they required, they then proceeded to ask for the same information saying it was necessary. After them providing a photo of the sticker on the box, a copy of the invoice and an email address linked to my Aorus account, they then replied informing me my email address was not actually linked to an Aorus account. The same Aorus account I was logged in to to register my GPU in the first place. The same account I was logged into that redirected me to esupport. I had 30 days to register the product to receive an extra years warranty on my graphics card. But when they take 7 days at a time to respond it has blown out past that time frame. Low and behold, several days after that time frame had expired, my GPU magically was able to be registered. In the process losing the extra years warranty. Aside from this, there was the bonus of obtaining Arc Raiders with the purchase of any RTX card. The claiming of that is also awash with issues that they feel is not important to customers who pay premium prices for their products.I have reached out to VCAT and will be seeking a full return and refund as I have lost complete faith in their product and customer service. As well as not receiving what I paid for.Surely with their current review rating of less than 2 stars out of 5, they probably don't even care. But if this review can prevent someone else from having the same headaches then it will be worth it.Avoid like the plague.
