I selected Gift Card Granny to send Valentine gifts to our 5 grandchildren. Although I had correct addresses for each, one, for some reason, could not be delivered (it was a college town). GCG somehow became aware of it and sent that gift card to me! I was extremely impressed with this highly ethical procedure.
Great service! Never gets lost or stolen in the mail.
Canceled me two times. Tried to create and purchase personalized gift cards. I will never use your service again.
Purchased a card, recipient could not access, I attempted online Amazon purchase, checked balance and found it had been paid a company we had never heard of after it was activated - ILERA Health ISELIN NJUS - I believe this is fraud, the funds were removed immediately activated, before attempts to use. Who's to blame - GiftGranny or the Ilera Health? Recommend NOT to trust money to these gift cards.
The site is a little confusing, but they make great cards with any picture you can upload for a personalized card for a gift. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for their awful shipping info. Or lack there of. My cards from Christmas to family still says shipping as do the cards to a family member for a birthday in February! This causes stress because you are sending a money card thru the mail and until you hear from the recipient, you have no idea if it has been delivered. I think this may be due to shipping thru the post office, but in this day and age with the technology, it seems frustrating and unduly worrisome.
I bought a gift card from Gift Card Granny for $150. Immediately, someone else began putting charges on the account and spent the full balance. I did not get 1 cent of the gift card I paid for.I wrote the company and they told me I could file a police report, but they would not refund me as it was my problem.Clearly, they have some kind of issue with fraud/hacking/leaking of their credit cards.Do not buy anything from this company, they have a fraud problem and you may lose all your money.Edit: As you can see from their hostile, uncaring response, they do not care if they sell you gift cards that have already been leaked to others and are worthless. Do not buy from this company if you care about your money.Yes I purchased 3 years ago, but the balance of the gift card was spent by someone else days after I purchased it. Before I even saw the number. They leaked it. I never even logged in.
Had success with one gift card was sent to a grocery chain but failure with another to a gasoline company. At first, with the gas company, completion appeared OK withmy bank indicating a debit But immediately following, my bank app indicated a CREDIT for the same amount. I tried again with the same results. No charge, no card delivered.Wound up successfully using another gift card service.
Gift card charged to my credit card on 12/26/2025. It was never received. It was supposed to be sent as an card. The customer service phinenumber is not answered. Online customer service sends you in circles.Today 2/3/26, this was resolved. The email I gave for the e-gift card was incomplete and is now resolved and received.
I placed an order and it was cancelled saying unable to verify who I am. I placed an order elswhere and it wnt through. I am trying to go to the store to buy items for me and my sister who had a stroke. I use gift cards because I can pay with a ZIP card in installments instead of all at once . They had all I could to verify me, text sending emais to me and only I have access to . Will nver use thios site again

This company took money from my 86-year-old aunt who bought a gift card for me. They took her money and then gave me a blank gift card. Since mine was for a specific merchant, they offer absolutely no support! They only have helplines for their Visa gift cards. They are scammers and I would recommend going to a different company to purchase a gift card. If you want a merchant gift card just purchase directly from the merchant not this scam company.1/29 Addendum: The merchant called me after I submitted a complaint. They state my gift card was empty because of a computer glitch they had. According to my aunt, she purchased a new gift card. I'm going to trust my aunt because this company has not given me any reason to trust them.

Having been a customer of gift card granny for many years, I am highly disappointed in their reply to me when I told them my recipient did not receive his gift card. They told me it was used by the recipient, which it was not, and I should call the police. Basically oh well. Too bad. Highly disappointed. It wasn't a great amount but it was a nice little gift for someone very close to me. I place an order December 10th and here it is January 6th, still no gift card. On their website in my account it says sent, not received. When I called their reply to the situation shocked me tremendously. My run with gift card Granny has come to a screeching halt and I will tell anybody that will listen to me not to use them anymore.
Gift card granny is a total scam! I sent $100 Omaha steaks gift card to my neighbor for Christmas and he never got it at all. How hard is it to send an email? This company is total BS I would avoid them at all costs. Being that this is a situation of buying something online and then being a fraud that equates to wire fraud and I will be contacting the FBI. Total BS this company.
LOST my second card on my order going to the same address. I requested a call (phone call) but all I got was an email (not from a "real live person") claiming to be customer service. Received no help but continued to type over and over no true assistance. VERY, VERY, POOR SERVICE! I do not recommend anyone to purchase from them! They are not trust worthy!
Terrible! I bought my granddaughter a Target gift card at 8:15 AM on the 19th and they said they would deliver that gift card to her email same date (the 19th). They did not send her gift card until the following evening, on the 20th. That is not the date I ordered nor when they said they would send it. I would not have used them if I knew they would not deliver as promised. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!
Whew that was cutting it close but all 3 came today. Before Christmas! I'm going to let the recipients open the envelope. I'm happy and I hope they are easy to activate.

I’ve used Gift Card Granny to pick up a discounted gift card for a store I already shop at, and the whole process was straightforward. It’s not something I’d use for random browsing, but if you know what you’re looking for, it’s a simple way to save a few dollars. I’d use it again.
