No need to feel overwhelmed trying to figure out where everything is. The dashboard is clean, and the tools are easy to navigate.Everything works together, traffic tools, tracking features, and training resources all in one place. Instead of juggling multiple platforms.

You will loose money if you use get response services

I used get response and signed up their paid service and with initial 7 days trial period .. they suspended my account during trial period right when I sent first campaign and did not respond until my card was charged after the trial period , the made me wait and started responding only after charging my card , and now not willing to refund and asking remove all emails uploaded including the ones unread, it’s a straight up scam - I lost my money - straight up scam - strongly not recommended.

OMG, is there still service in Customer Service? Yep!!!

It seems as though the rep was working WITH me (not at me) and only me (not juggling several Help threads). Also, Adam actually read, understood, and reacted to what I wrote - making no assumptions and not dismissing me.

Unfair cancellation policy and unexpected extra charges

My experience with GetResponse has been extremely disappointing, and I strongly recommend considering other platforms.We paid for an annual subscription with more than 10 months still remaining. However, when we decided to cancel the account, access was terminated immediately, even though the service had already been paid in full for the year. There was no option to continue using the platform until the end of the prepaid period and no refund for the remaining time. This policy feels very unfair to customers.In addition, our account exceeded 1,000 contacts and an extra fee was automatically applied. We did not receive any clear prior notification about this change or a transparent warning before the additional charges were applied. For several months, we did not send a single email, yet the extra charges continued without clear communication or detailed payment confirmation at the time.When we contacted customer support for clarification, we did not feel that our concerns were properly understood or addressed. The responses were generic and did not provide a concrete solution.Overall, the lack of transparency around billing and the immediate loss of access after cancellation make this a service I cannot recommend. There are other platforms with clearer policies and more customer-focused support.

There is a valueanble option to contact a live person that is offered right at the beginning of the chat. The agent was polite, quick in her responces and professional.

The best customer service in the game

Despite a billing issue that arose when I returned after a few months and changed my plan, everything was resolved and new terms were successfully negotiated. GR represents one of the highest levels of customer service, and this is one of the main reasons I returned directly to GR rather than testing other tools.
