it makes life easier

This is the app that has the biggest impact on my daily life. When I leave work, I place my order before I even get home, and it arrives right after me. It quickly gets my coffee to me during my lunch break on a tiring workday. Although there are price differences between eating in and ordering, it's an ideal app that makes life easier.

18/11/2025 I placed the order on getir, there was a mistake in what I received so I described all situation attaching pictures to the Getir Support, which offered me a refund and ensured me it was issued.One week later I noticed there's no refund but usually it takes up to 3 business days, so I contacted Getir Support once again and the agent called Esma instead of helping me, ignored my questions on if she checked or can check the previous chat, starting saying that one week passed so no refund can be issued, when I texted straight in the day of delivery and in the end she simply close the chat with the exact words: "I need to help other customers"))))))

worst service ever

worst service ever, they never delivered my order and refused to refund me. the support did not even tried to resolve the issue and just closed the chats with me. strongly advise to stay away from this service

I ordered almost $200 worth of items, and not only was the order never delivered, but Getir’s support team has completely ignored every email and support ticket for over a month. This is unacceptable and feels like outright fraud.

The worst delivery app Ever

It’s been 4 times continuously the order is late more then 30 mins.Can’t track or call the driver.Been waiting for the delivery for over 30 mins every single time. The restaurant is ten mins away delivery is for 40 mins and still arrives 30 mins late.had to wait over 1 and a half hour to 2 hours for the delivery to arrive,every time for 4 times The worst delivery app ever

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service I ordered in Turkey and they said they had tried to contact me multiple times when I’d waved the driver down twice as he drove past.They cancelled my order after two hours of waiting when my whole family were hungry and angry.They would not take another order They would not offer another delivery to help usThey say it’ll be refunded - I very much doubt it Never use them, they cared more about the driver and themselves than the customer.

Scammers

Scammers. Food delayed by 1 hour and when you reach customer service, they slap the standard response and even go to lie on getir behalf to say it was delivered on time. Time waters and worse reviews. Even my credit card company said they are frauds and blocked my card thinking it's fraud.

From best to the worst

I used to make a lot of orders from Getir since it started as a small startup, and the service was amazing, but lately, everything became ridicules. Many orders came with missing items, and when I talked to their support in their user-unfriendly support interface for an hour explaining the situation they gave partial refund for the missing items. This happened many times which made me decide to stop using it permanently.

Twice as bad

Last month or so I used 2 services of getir, one is taxi the other is food. Taxi did not used the app and charged extra, when I complained we will make sure you will not match with him again. Saying like OK he cheated you that is OK we will let him cheat others. Second I ordered food through with them and food never arrived and they charged me for food and they did not refund the money. They first said go to store and pick it up! when I said what is the idea of ordering through you? Later they said food was specially prepared for you (which is totally BS) so we will not refund you. They are really bad in service and they are cheaters.

Unjustified Membership Cancellations and Poor Customer Support at Getir Car

I am a Getir Car member. I have been renting a car for a while. But for no reason, my membership is canceled at random times for no reason. Hours pass until I reach them. When I reach, I wait for hours for a solution. At that moment, instead of renting a car and paying for it and meeting my needs, I am dealing with the problem caused by Getir Araç for no reason. How many times is this happening to me, enough!

Delivery of Rotten and Spoiled Product / Refund RequestDear Getir Team,Yesterday, I received a delivery that included bananas which were spoiled and rotten. This situation goes against customer satisfaction, and I have attached the pictures of the products for your reference. Despite immediately contacting your support team and requesting a refund, the issue remains unresolved since yesterday. Your customer service has continuously stated that the issue will be forwarded to the solution center, but no concrete action has been taken.Therefore, I kindly request the return of the spoiled products and an immediate refund of the payment I made. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and, if necessary, proceed with legal action.I expect an urgent response regarding this issue.Sincerely, Hilal Canlı

They don’t deliver orders!

Not a first time that they don’t deliver the food ! At least few times earlier we could get in touch with a driver and get our food after a long wait ! But this time they have never delivered our order and they simply stated it was delivered?!! Customer service doesn’t exist as their chat is automated .,. So don’t waste your money ordering from this app . I hope they r proud of themselves for stealing the peoples money!!

stole my money and order

I have ordered a coffee from their website and they didnt ring my door bell, nor call me so the order was cancelled. I instantly contacted them saying the issue. They didnt refund me saying its my fault even though they didnt call me nor rang my bell so now my order is stolen by the worker and i had to pay for it.

A damage fee was requested for the vehicle I used in Istanbul. The damage is visible in the previous photos. There was no damage on my part and there was no damage in the photos for the next user. How can you charge me?

Just a scammer company to me.

Just a scammer company to me.They say we give discounts but everytime none of them work. İf the price is 200 in a restaurant, they set the price 300 in getir. They are just trying us to enter to the app while advertising discounts and codes, but when you try to order anything and enter the code, it always says succesfull but never discounts. And if you try to enter again, it says already redeemed.
