We received exactly what was on the website. Quality was great and sturdy considering their affordability, no scratches or problems whatsoever.Boxes got shipped immediately and arrived within the time frame given. Customer service was very quick and helpful in replying and answering any questions.I would definitely use again and would recommend anyone looking for gift boxes to choose this place :)

Excellent customer service and the boxes are fantastic
I ordered these boxes to ship my custom veils. I was looking for something that would provide a luxury experience for my brides. The boxes I ordered are perfect! And... In the very beginning, I realized I ordered the wrong size. I contacted the company right away and they adjusted the order and the cost within 12 hours! What a refreshing experience.
