My rating is not for GM food
My rating is not for GM food. It is customer service. My friend age 100 is in rehab in nursing home. Only holdup is a payroll form that must be filled out by GM so she can get help from Medicaid when she goes home. I've called or written to every number/email I can find for GM and got one email from GM Global with 2 email addresses. I attached Medicaid form to email with explanation of the issue. One email came back Undelivered. At age 100 she doesn't have a long time to live. What else can I do ? I hired an elder lawyer that has also contacted GM and received no response.
