If they send you damaged products good luck being able to return anything. They are rude and could care less about your issues. Would rate zero if I could.

Can't leave a zero
Can't leave a zero, stole my money and very rude, said my shipping address was incorrect yet I use it all the time but then refunded me except for shipping and 15 %restock fee???!!

SDCC2020
I will be leaving the SanDiegoComicCon2020 debacle here since they're screening comments on their social media. I've spoke with the social media people at Gemini collectibles who stated that they worked with Funko in obtaining their stock so I think their predatory business practices should be listed for future buyers and more importantly current collectors to avoid this business. To the debacle: SDCC was a scheduled release in which the first in queue would be able to obtain stock. Following 3 days from SDCC, Gemini collectibles listed every, if not, almost every figure available at SDCC, for post-market value($200+ for a $15 figure in a lot of cases). Gemini collectibles then precedes to inform me that their stock came directly from funko, implying that they withheld stock on release in order to take advantage of collectors on a later date at the inflated price, at an at least 1000% markup. I would like to share this somewhere publicly as I would like to protect the integrity of the collection hobby as a lot of people did what was required and still missed out at the opportunity of experiencing SDCC due to this company. I do not think these companies deserve the collectors' dollar, especially if they're working simultaneously with the manufacturer of the product.

Website is very non user-friendly
Website is very non user-friendly and they only accept paypal for international orders, which comes across as very amateur. CS very unhelpful too.
