Ordered fom Gastronomic Spain multiple times, more than 5 for sure, every time except once the delivery was on time and I got what I paid for. Recommended.
Excellent quality service. All items come very well packaged. My daughter misses her Spanish food and Gastronomic Spain always come to her rescue. Thank you, it is greatly appreciated and she is already thinking of her next order.
Although one of the three sliced bellota hams was reasonable, the other two weren’t. The manchego cheese is ‘ok’ though. The 10 day delivery shipping to Holland is way too long.
Look like this company have another direction and less employees before it was amazing service and shipping quality and time and now it's terrible a really bad shipping times and awfull customer service
Really bad quality. I ordered a ham and it is impossible to slice and to eat due to the fact that is super dry and super hard. It is the first time ever I see such a bad ham (I usually order 8-10 hams a year). When I got in touch with the company to let them know about this, they refuse to do anything. I feel I have wasted by money by ordering anything on this web. Never again. Stay away and find much better options.
