Gametime is great
Gametime is great, wish there was some benefit for repeat user - only issue on this recent was delivery was right at game time so added some stress outside event

Almost Perfect
I have purchased tickets many times via Gametime for about the last 6 months. I have not had any issues with receiving my tickets whatsoever. There is really only one issue I have found and that is the layout can occasionally be incorrect for sports games showing the concert layout for specific arenas instead of the sports one. It’s not the worst thing in the world and there’s still plenty of seats to choose from. I’m sure they will get this ironed out soon and then it’ll be a great experience.

Useful, just wish was converted to CAD
It’s an amazing app. I just really wish the app could convert to CAD for pricing. I’m not knowledgeable enough on those things to know how complicated it would be. However, it’s an annoyance to me so I’m going to complain about it. It’s a good, useful, efficient app otherwise.

Can’t help you when in need even if you…
Can’t help you when in need even if you are loyal customer. They make ticketing confusing and don’t have separation for non event tickets. There is zero help if something goes wrong.
