As I wanted to get some gifts for some friends, it turns out GameBaz was the only one that carried the product. I was reluctant at first to purchase, provided that there were no recent reviews of the website (last review dated to be about 2011.) [Google didn't even show this website. Huh.] I put in the order, and the quote was 5-10 business days, which I was provided with an order number and was able to search up my order online. After 7-8 business days, I began to slightly worry, as there had been no changes in the order details. I sent an email to GameBaz, in which I received a reply in under 10 hours that was an actual email, not a copy-paste or automated email. It explained the order/shipping process, and that I should be getting an update shortly. The email was not in broken English, which is always a huge plus. At the 10 day mark, the order was 'shipped' and a tracking number was there, in which confirmed the shipment. 1 - 1 1/2 weeks later, the parcel arrived in a box, in which had a good amount of packing material as to not break the product. Well worth the experience, I ordered a second item, to be sent to a different country. Product was sold out, and in lieu of that, was a 'Request Quote' option. Did the request quote, and in under 10 hours, received a quote, and any details that was about the product. Because the product had a Used 'Limited Edition' item, they confirmed that the accessory was also there, and that the 'New' product was approximately 5x more expensive. Agreed to the order, in which I processed through PayPal, and in approximately 8-9 business days, the order was sent out. Extremely satisfied with the response/response time from the company, and the overall experience of the transactions. Will definitely recommend for people who are looking for exclusive products that aren't sold in North America (as I live there.) The order processing time is a downside, but provided in general, is well worth the wait, as the prices is one of the cheapest, depending on what product you want. TL;DR: Would recommend, no issues with two orders.

Recently bought a Japanese Gamecube from this website and it came within 3 weeks, of course I had to pay the customs charges via parcel force but I was so happy with my purchase after an un-successful attempt on another video game importing website. I will be returning here in future to make my import purchases!

Great store
Anywhere else, this game character plush was sold out. GameBaz not only had it, but also had another one that was not listed anywhere, AND it listed for less than the other stores I checked (that was sold out). I thought shipping time (two weeks) was great for having to search the warehouses and ship to the US. I did think it was a bit odd that the site did not have a customer log in. So keeping track of emails for the invoice order is a must. Thank you for a great first time experience.

GameBaz is my favorite game shop. This company has a very broad collection of imported video games. Doubtlessly it is the best place for hard to find retro Japanese games. I can always find the old Japan games I want here. Every time when I send them questions the staffs replies are always polite, friendly, and helpful. About the shipping wait time, from what I was told from its staffs is that it has many warehouses for its collection of products and it usually take a few days to retrieve the stock from warehouses before it will be shipped out, and I have no complain on this at all. A highly recommended shop for retro Japan game lovers!

Impressive selection of old games and collector's items
The only "problem" I have with this great store is that their prices can be unbelievably high (used items included). However, all things considered, Gamebaz is, without a doubt, a store with little to no competition whatsoever as they usually keep brand-new copies of even very old games and collectibles in stock. Worth checking even if you are there just to browse around. Communication is quick and efficient for the most part, and they always show politeness and thoughtfulness towards their customers. I am also glad to speak for their delivery times which are, thankfully, surprisingly short even for far-away countries (I live in Peru)! I will rely on Gamebaz for my hardest game-related searches.

best video game import shop ever
i ordered the wild rings for the xbox and i couldnt be more happy with it. for saying that it was a used copy it looks brand new, plus it arrived from japan to me in england super fast. i recommend GAMEBAZ for the sheer amount of games that you couldnt even get on ebay, plus the fact that everything was taken care of with excellent service. i have already ordered from them again. thanks GAMEBAZ!

First off, the selection of games is fantastic; you can find games that are ten years or older, only released in Japan, and they're being sold in great condition at cheap prices. Then there's the customer service: if you need to contact someone to say, for example, that your payment may be a bit late, simply replying by email will hook you up with a real person with legitimate English-speaking skills. Finally, the speed is fantastic. They sip out as soon as you payment arrives, and the item gets to you within days. I highly recommend ordering from this website!

Great site, great selection, excellent service!
I know in a world with so many online scams, it's hard to find a good business, but gamebaz delivers! This would be the 3rd time i order products from Japan, but i have to say i was very impressed. The service was awesome, the selection was incredible, and the service excellent! I contacted customer service as well, and i got my question answered in a timely manner and the host was extremely polite. If i need anything else they have, i won't even hesitate to use them again.

Great games web shop!
Was a little sceptic about this company to begin with, but that changed quickly. Got a quick response from the customer service about payment. Later they me informed about the shipping situation. One week later I got my Hori Real Arcade Pro stick in new,excellent shape and as described on the web page. So this definately is a thrustworthy company! Great service! I will do business with this shop again for sure! Highly recommended!

Everything went well. The product I ordered was legit, real brand name from Japan, not some fake. Shipping was true to there advertisement. It took me 7 days to receive my product not counting weekdays.

Polite and efficient service
I failed to meet my post offices pickup-timeframe, when my package was sent back to Japan Gamebaz contacted me within the same week and arranged for re-shipment right away. I was very pleased with the fast and efficient service I recieved, the Gamebaz staff I talked to in the process was very polite as well.

Great Site with great deals on rare games
was skeptical at first because ive never herd of the site but i went with gut instinct and ordered super back to the future 2 for super famicom. game is in excellent condition and works perfectly! was very impressed that they contacted me about it not having a box or manual and that they gave me some money back. so over all great place to buy from and highly recommend buying from them A+++++++++++

need to update their shipping options but a great companyto buy from
I ordered back in January with no problems but my 2 orders on 7/18/2010 have just arrived on 8/6/10 I didn't know about the airmail delay but gamebaz let me know through e-mail . their service is great but shipping by airmail takes a long time, I had almost given up ever receiving it. I would suggest to them they get fed ex or ups shipping I have found with other stores that airmail takes along time but this time it was longer. I will use fed ex or ups if available otherwise airmail , even though fed ex and ups cost a great deal more fed ex and ups are very reliable short shipping time. I recommend gamebaz but the post office I am not so sure I recommend the post office it is so slow at getting shipments to their destinations, I finally received my order today
