I worked with Stefan at Fundmerica and had the smoothest loan application process ever. I have gotten plenty of loans in the past that ended up bait and switching me as well as lying about rates,etc.Not here though. I normally use banks, but they can’t always move fast enough for construction projects. When I first needed money quickly for a commercial job, FundMerica was the only one able to fund it.They were clear on terms from the start. I’m now on my third loan, and the most recent was $125,000 funded in four days, which kept the project moving.For construction deals where timing matters, FundMerica has been our reliable option.

I had an unhappy sales experience with Melaney Sanchez at FundMerica, and she had a lot of attitude. I asked one question, and instead of answering it she just said we are not a fit for their services. Basically they are a loan shark, and it's now legal to be a loan shark. FundMerica is a PREDATORY firm looking for contractors who "floated" their deals, and suddenly need a large amount of money, for a few weeks or months, until he sells the next big contract. That's not me. If you just want to pay off credit card debt, and have lower payments, don't waste your time here. FundMerica will fund you, but you have to pay it back in 12 or 15 months, usually with WEEKLY payments, and the combined payments (per month) are monstrously higher than you are paying now on credit cards. Just insane, exactly what you don't want.

I’ve known Mr. Jerry Gainey from FundMerica since 2018, or at least first made his acquaintance. I own couple different businesses and I get dozens of calls and unsolicited emails about business funding on a daily basis. Sadly the overwhelming majority of these calls or emails are scam. Naturally I didn’t believe it, but I told myself this man has to be the most patient con man or he’s truly genuine and would deliver on the promises. Fortunately for us it was the latter. I briefly spoke to and exchanged couple emails with Mr. Gainey during the first 3-4 years before finally agreeing to do business with him, which was a promise to fund my businesses with only 3 months solid revenue. During the application process I quickly learned how professional-diligent and well versed in a financial network Jerry was. Fast forward to 2025, In over two years since our first deal. Jerry and FundMerica have helped us fund close to ten deals now. He’s helped us grow and expand tremendously. I don’t often like to leave reviews, except when I’m super thrilled or super displeased with a service. For anyone reading this, understand and feel good that your skepticism is well warranted. There are a lot of shady practices out there. Can’t never be too careful. I hope this review helps your decision making easier and reassuring.

It was very easy and fast they were very helpful in answering my questions, once I gave them the information they asked and that was also very easy to upload and within 24 hours we were approved.
