Negative move out experience
Moving in was absolutely fine and I had no issues at all. Unfortunately, moving out was a completely different experience. They tried to deduct as much as they possibly could from my deposit, charging extremely high prices for things that were honestly ridiculous.They even attempted to take utility bills from my deposit before they had been emailed or sent to me, and before I was even aware of the amounts. I ended up winning the appeal, which says enough.I was recommending them at first, but the way the end of my tenancy was handled has completely changed my opinion. I understand contracts and fair charges where things are left behind, but instead of being honest with pricing, they go straight for the highest charges. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with how they tried to get money out of me.

Landlords be aware I had never used…
Landlords be aware I had never used them before April this year and in 30 years of property rental business I have never come across such an unscrupulous and unprincipled team of amateurs. The tenant introduced was a complete con man who paid no rent from month 3 and Frosts still send landlord statements with rent collection fees when they have failed to collect any rent for six months! I should have kept my property empty rather than rent it out through them.

Appalling experience with Frost Amersham
We rented a property in Amersham for several years and moved out when the tenancy ended. The property was professionally cleaned, left in excellent condition throughout and the checkout report confirmed that. When we requested our deposit to be returned, the letting agent stopped responding our emails and phone calls and have not heard anything from them in more than a month since we first requested our deposit despite attempting repeatedly to contact them. We have now initiated a formal complaint process with the deposit protection scheme.

At the end of the rental period, we cleaned the house and left, the house was empty for a few weeks after we left, it may have gotten a little dusty in the meantime, the real estate agent told us that cleaning would be done, we accepted it but they charged us 340 pounds, even for the London area, a very high amount of money for cleaning service. I asked the cleaning company for the invoice for this service, they did not send it. We also left an extension cord, a clothes drying rack and a few items for the next tenant, and I was charged 150 pounds to remove them from the house, I do not find these actions fair at all. Treacherous Practices of Frost Lettings Amersham
Severely negative experience with Frost Lettings in Amersham. I’ve seen a property in Amersham town centre and made a competitive offer. The letting agent Karen said she would get back to me the following day but she didn’t. Four days later I enquired whether my offer was submitted to the landlord to which she replied saying the property had already been let to someone else and that she had concerns that I was not be able to pay the rent.I was really surprised to hear this considering that we discussed during the viewing that I’m currently paying the same amount of rent that I offered for the property advertised by Frost, that my bank statements could prove that, I had significant savings accounts and that I could even pay the rent six months in advance. All of this should have been clear indication that I was able to pay the rent I offered. Karen rejected my offer before I could prove with documents that I was actually able to pay the rent I offered.To make things worse she then asked me whether I wanted to see a property that was £425 more expensive than the one she had concerns with regards to my ability to pay the rent for. So if she was so skeptical that I would not be able to pay the rent why did she ask me to see a property whose rent was £425 higher than the one I initially made the offer for?! This makes me believe that my offer was never even shown to the landlord and that she simply gave the property to an acquaintance of hers who made an offer that was lower than mine.I consider Karen’s behaviour to be unprofessional and dishonest both towards me as a potential tenant for denying me the flat although my offer was the highest and towards the landlord for depriving them of a rent that was several hundred pounds higher than the one they accepted.

Darrell English at Frost’s was the Estate Agent I needed to deal with in order to buy my apartment; he was outstanding in the whole process! Darrell was extremely responsive to all my concerns and questions and cared a great deal about guiding me through this potentially stressful situation of buying a property- once again!I had not had good experiences with 2 previous attempts at buying apartments - but with Frost’s I felt things were going to work out at last ! Had EE call asking to switch said easy plug in asked for engineer to install been with out TV or WiFi after 4 calls engineer came out said we not wired up by open reach so now got wait till Fri did not say nothing at door I've just come out hospital with stroke spent hrs trying connect think is disgusting would not recommend EE or BT my wife been charged 41 pound for leaving so no TV or WiFi for week we both work NHS wouldn't never use or listen to there story's stay with who your with to much trouble written to obman not good enough why not make sure u can use 4 different customer services said different stuff my view do not go with EE bt is useless

Disappointing experience with Frost Partnership
A very disappointing experience during our tenancy period as tenants as the agents were very rude and not cooperative at all. At the end of the tenancy another clerk did the checkout and had no idea about the check in report as was done by a different clerk when we moved in. There were already cracks to the door and when we sent the pictures they refused and did not listen. Therefore, a large amount was deducted from our deposit and did not make any sense as we only were at the property for 1 year. There were a few things but not to this extent. In addition, the door number and the intercom number were different and this made it difficult for deliveries to come to the property due to this misunderstanding. So watch out before renting with Frost Partnership.

Frosts of Windsor - 10/10 for Experience &Team!
I had previously listed my property with 2 different Windsor estate agents for months and despite loads of viewings, and "yr house is beautiful if I could, Id buy it!" response from the guy who took the pics - it remained unsold 🙈 until Frosts came along...I was impressed from the moment I met Chris, the research Frosts had done, their presentation, interesting information about my property, others in the area and the buyer/s they wanted to show my house to. They really did their homework and more because from 5 viewings I received 4 offers at sales price and higher!I took the offer at the price I had it on for. No response to emails - out of business?
I can only assume they are out of business. No response after several emails to various aliases including their director of lettings directly. They registered my tenants deposit despite the fact I only wanted them to find the tenant - I complained about this at the time. Now, at the end of the tenancy, they are not responding to a request for information on how to return it. I was going to sell the property through them but if they aren't in business anymore then I'll need to look elsewhere.
