Placing an order online was fast and very easy. There was an issue with one item in my order, so a member of the company contacted me to let me know and helped me to make the necessary adjustment to my order.

I placed this order on January 23
I placed this order on January 23. It is now February 12 and I still have not received my order. I understand inclement weather delayed things but the weather should have impacted it by a day or two. At my school we even have an outside box where deliveries can be placed. Still nothing. While I realize the pencils I bought are separate from delivery, it is really upsetting that the order isn't here yet. If this was my first time ordering from your company, I would find a different company from which to order. I have ordered these pencils before, so am hopeful that this delivery issue is a fluke.

Nostalgia
What made this shopping experience great was being able to replicate my childhood with a cool pencil with my name on it for my students. What a fantastic tradition! The nostalgia!! I was also able reach customer service in a timely fashion. They were incredibly helpful in navigating the ordering process. My only want from the company is to send a shipping update, possibly once processed and once shipped.

Easy ordering of personalized pencils…
Easy ordering of personalized pencils for my students as a holiday gift. I have 83 4th graders. Upon getting ready to put them on student's desks before the Christmas break, we realized that we were missing ONE of the students pencils. Looking back at the order, her name was definitely there. I emailed customer service. Received a very prompt response with a solution to fix the problem and get the missing pencils personalized and shipped to me as soon as possible. Very impressed with the customer service response and quick solution.

Horrible Service
I ordered materials in the middle of November, well before the deadline for holiday shipping that were guaranteed to arrive before December 19, 2025. I had to call 3 times because my items were not shipped. Customer service guaranteed they would overnight them so I would have them in time...they were gifts for my students for Christmas. I did not receive the missing items until January 9th.

Fantastic pencils
The students (and teachers) love the pencils with their names on them. Every year they look forward to getting them for Christmas.Great customer service. I made a mistake and they helped me resolve it quickly. Fair prices.Good quality. The printing quality had started to decline the last couple of years but this year it seemed to return to the original high level. They write really nicely.

Disappointed in Order
I’ve been ordering personalized pens for 19 years from this company. I’ve never had an issue. This year I ordered the weekend after Thanksgiving, like I’ve always done is the past. It took three weeks for the pens to arrive, which was too late for a class Christmas gift. When I finally received them and passed them out after Christmas break, a few students’ green pens won’t click open. I tried to take them apart and fix them, but they are stuck. I’m very frustrated with the shipping and products this year. Even when emailing and asking for my package the customer service was null and void. Very disappointed!
