Birthday bouquet for my girlfriend was old, dry, wilted. The customer service people wanted pictures, so we sent them. Still nothing. I have ordered from them before with no issues. I was a loyal customer who deserved a refund. They refused. I will never shop here again. Oh, phone numbers to customer service led nowhere. Many fake or incorrect numbers. Don't use this place. Try Urban Flowers instead.
I have ordered twice from them and they have gone far and beyond what I ordered..... Great company and delivery was on time.
They state a flat fee of 10 dollars anywhere then want to add 38 more dollars as it's remote. Have asked for a refund will see what happens
I first used Flowersdeliverythailand back in January 2024. I contacted 4 Thai based flower delivery services to see if any could deliver to a very remote area in Thailand, near Cambodia border. The other 3 said no, and FDT was the only company willing to work with me, and the customer service representative, Sara, emailed me to coordinate delivering to my fiance's address in the Surin Province.I got an early start, as after my travelling there, I knew this was in a very remote rural location. But, Sara arranged for delivery and I was able to send a beautiful array of flowers and gifts for the family for Valentines day, 2024. I used them again for my fiance's sister's birthday in April with great success delivering to a hotel.And again, I worked with Sara to prepare a "custom" arrangement of various flowers for my fiance's birthday in June, which helped me, preventing me from having to order several canned vases of flowers. The cake and fruit basket were exactly what I ordered. My experience using this company has been excellent, and considering where I have to send to, they have exceeded the bar in getting my orders there on time, and in fresh condition.Thank you Sara, and FDT for your great service.Tim
Never ever use this company!!!I ordered roses and Gadiver truffle Chocolates as advertised but she got four mini boxes of Ferrero Roche for my wife's birthday on Tuesday 5th September 2023 and failed. After numerous calls and emails I got a response the day I was supposed to surprise my wife. Not only did they fail to deliver on time but I received an inferior product and a false 5 star review. Please ask if you need proof. I do not want anyone to be a victim of these crooks!!! All they do is take your order and then their commission. Then their representative near your place of delivery will pass the order to a local florist. Their rep takes his commission. Whatever is left is divided between the florist and the delivery man which isn't much. In fact I would say they are exploited. I could easily have gone to the florist myself, bought the roses and chocolates and saved myself money and hassle!!!Never ever again!!!
This company is a scam! Do not use them, they claim they cannot get in contact with recipient, then when you ask to cancel they want ot charge a 15% cancel fee. They also put in a fake 5 star review under my name!What a joke! Find another company!
Do not use this service. I paid 3600 baht for some flowers to be delivered to my wife in Thailand on February 13 - now is Feb 25 and still no sign. Every email I send they say sorry the flowers are out for delivery. My wife rang a local number and was told I had not paid for the flowers. OMG these are just a bunch of lying thieving cants. Do not use at all please if you want to save your money.
I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday, that may I say were not cheap, anyway the order was to arrive before 10.00 hrs in the morning as it requested on the website,11.00 am came and we had to leave the house it was boxing day so very busy with family, my neighbours said that the flowers arrived around 17.00 hrs.Myself and my wife are away for 3 days visiting family the it was a total waste of money.Very bad service, not even a call to say they would be late but 7hrs late is not acceptable.
First of all this is a real review by a real person. I live in the UK and wanted to send flowers to my Thai girlfriend.After making the order alarm bells went off as in ; tracking number did not work, all 4 phone numbers were all dead Usa,Uk,Thailand, and Austrailia. Now I was really worried and thought I had been conned out of £107 GBP.But the flowers turned up on time to exactly where I ordered them to be delivered.So yes the site is real, but until such time their communications and tracking have been addressed I would stay clear of them. Not worth the worry.Ken from Kent in England
