Purchased some vouchers before Christmas for a gift for a family member. They have been into the store today to spend their voucher only to be told they are not accepted, even though they have the receipt. This is extremely disappointing and would have been good to know before purhcasing the voucher
Sue on the exit till at the Bourne end store was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. Cannot recommend their tea shop enough ! We’ll worth a visit - Thank you
Me and my wife met a gentleman in the garden furniture department in Iver called Stefan who was very helpful and knowledgeable helping us with our purchasing of garden furniture and covers. And delivery was within two days. Excellent service and very friendly staff.
My partner and I bought two cushions from Iver Flowerland yesterday and once home we wished we had bought another one as they are so lovely. I phoned and spoke to Stefan (who I believe works in the furniture part) and he went above and beyond trying to find another matching cushion for us. Such a helpful and friendly member of staff and an asset to your company. Thank you Stefan.
My husband & I were researching gazebos and cantilever parasols for shade for our garden. We visited Flowerland in Iver and were quickly assisted by Stefan who works there. We looked around and discussed options but went away to think about things. We returned a few days later having decided to buy a cantilever parasol. We saw Stefan again who was very helpful in demonstrating how to close the parasol and put the cover on. His patience with us was one of the deciding factors in making our purchase. The icing on the cake was that Stefan was able to arrange a very quick delivery time for us so that we no longer have to fear frying alive in our garden this weekend!!Thank you Stefan and friendly delivery team who also put the stand & parasol together carefully for us. This was a very pleasant shopping at Flowerland in Iver.
Visited the Iver branch today looking for an outdoor fire pit, was a bit unsure on the what to buy then stefan came over and was beyond helpful explaining all the options and different benefits of each unit needless to say I was sold, once again many thanks your a credit to Flowerland keep doing what your doing Paul pomeroy
Hire gas cylinders and then conveniently dont have replacements so you end up paying twice again to hire yet another brand of cylinder… rip off! Wont be shopping here ever agsin for anything!
Very disappointed to find prices up again in the cafe. £4.25 for a scone? We often use this cafe to meet friends for a coffee and a bite to eat. Won't be doing that now. Shame, as I loved this place. Staff are lovely and helpful.

I recently spent a lot of money on goods in Iver branch, and then thought to get a takeaway for my daughter for lunch so visited the cafe.I ordered a wrap which was made in the kitchen area not visible to customers. It was £8-9 so we had high expectations.Duly paid for the pitta wrap & went home.My daughter tucked in however, there she had to abandon more than half of it! 3 long hairs were found wrapped up in her wrap.. 1 you can pass, 2 just about ok, but 3... so surely no hairnets are worn?Will pass on the cafe in future which is a shame as enjoyed many a lunch brunch over many years but the food feels unpalatable now...so sad..
An unfortunate experience from beginning to end. Prices are far too high in all areas. The home decor section is large but disappointing since the quality does not match the high end prices. Very difficult to find staff to help with queries/prices/directions. When we did find someone to ask we were treated like an irritation. We learned that since removing the butchers they will be now be removing the works as well. Very poor business move in my opinion as this will have a large impact on the local community who have come to really appreciate having the works locally. My grand children always look forward to visiting the works after we’ve chosen some flowers and had a snack in the cafe, I think we’ll be looking to go elsewhere for out family days out in future.
Purchased garden furniture on sale. Sales person very knowledgable and helpful. Arranged for us to have a call within a few days to arrange delivery.We got the call as arranged, and booked in. We realised we would need to reschedule for another day, called up and Flowerland were very accommodating.Delivery was straightforward. Very friendly and helpful chaps. Great experience from beginning to end.On a separate note, we love to visit Flowerland Iver with our dog, and always receive a warm welcome (they even know our dog by name!)
Garden centre is great but the cafe has definately gone downhill. Over 20 minutes wait for tea, coffee and cakes and when it did come items were missing. When we asked the waiter he didn't seem to care and said I'm only agency mate.
Here right now.Cafe staff are sour faced, as if they hate each other. Hanging around the counter to collect my food. No table service available, even if there is 6 of them behind the server.Patience is running thin.
Went to Flowerland Iver on Friday to look at plants and flowers for my roof terrace. Met a wonderful lady called Julia, a trained Botanist who had an exceptional knowledge of the entire collection and gave me so much advice. She even emailed me to give more advice and suggestions so I went back the next day to purchase. She spent 2 hours with me making the selections and then arranged delivery to Central London and they have all arrived this morning, two days later. Even the delivery drivers were great, didn't huff and puff about carrying big trees up to my 5th floor terrace. Service went over and above. I couldn't be happier.
This is probably the worst organised Garden Centre I have ever been to. Even the staff, who were as rare as hen's teeth, conceded that the signage in the Centre was awful . In trying to find the check out I had to resort to asking other customers, who were equally confused. To add insult to injury the restaurant closed at 3.30 on a Sunday afternoon. My wife and I will never go to a Flowerland Garden Centre again !

This used to be a lovely family friendly garden centre! However I was shocked after my recent visit, the place is full of over priced, poor quality tat. The cafe has a limited microwaveable menu, vastly overpriced priced with bad quality food. The customer service is not only non existent the staff are actually rude, providing service as bad as the stench that comes from the toilets that drifts through the whole place. I visited with a disabled family member and it as impossible to move around with isles far too narrow and stock stacked up dangerously high. Next time I will drive the extra few miles to Longacres!!
Nice garden centre with a good range of products including recycled furniture. However the recycled furniture is overpriced. The food in the restaurant is limited to stodgy carbohydrate food ie pastie’s, quiche and cake, the menu it has to be said is incredibly lacking in choice and hugely overpriced! Will not be dining there again. On the positive side their plants are nice.
Ordered a patio sofa set for delivery to Dorset yesterday (Monday). Within minutes of placing the online order received a phone call to apologise that, despite immediate despatch, as delivery was not local it would likely take until end of the week. Neverthess goods delivered this morning so extremely fast!
