Today we stopped at 5 Guys, Store #SC-0196 in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Wyatt took our order. The food was excellent! The staff was also excellent. Very kind and customer friendly.

Great burger but impossible to justify the price
The burger itself is genuinely excellent. fresh beef, good toppings, solid bun that actually holds together and I have no complaints about the food quality whatsoever. What I can't get past is spending seventeen dollars on a burger and fries at a place where I'm eating out of a paper bag at a metal table. I know what I'm getting into every time and I go anyway, but there's always a moment at the register where I question my decisions.

The fries are either a gift or a curse
Five Guys fries are either the best thing you've ever eaten or an overwhelming amount of potato that you deeply regret ordering, and there is no in between. My burger was cooked perfectly and the free peanuts while you wait are a nice touch that I appreciate more than I probably should. But my "regular" size fries came in a cup that was overflowing into the bag and I genuinely could not finish them which felt wasteful. Good food, chaotic portions, prices that make me wince every single time.

I used to think this was the best burger and fries till I went to posner park in Davenport Fl and had the worst on .. It was full is grissel and the fries were not fresh . Will never go back . $ 42.00 of waste !

I went with my family for a simple…
I went with my family for a simple lunch and this came out to $67.00 to start lunch was not that good they gave us a bunch of burned fries and also messed up our burgers. Also told the sales person 1st and last time and she said McDonald would’ve been cheaper.

Best burger give it a go
Hi like to eat nice burgers but have never tried five guys while travelling home from Dubai had a double burger with everything and fries- fries are very good but to much salt on them maybe we should be asked how much salt we would like-Burger was amazing meaty fresh salad mushrooms cheese brilliant give it a go coffee good aswell we definitely be back

I went to 5 guys in Kingston NY. I don't know what changed, but the burgers are tasteless and dry. I've read they smash down on them, which you shouldn't do. There's barely any fat in the meat to begin with. So I'm never going back.

Amazing but just one thing
The one low-quality item is the fries, which are consistently bland and bitter. Other than that, Five Guys is a fantastic fast food restaurant. The burgers are usually delicious (I don't know why others think they are thin and tasteless).

Fast delivery, but the worst Five Guys burgers I’ve ever had…
I had an incredibly bad experience with Five Guys via Uber Eats. The delivery was surprisingly fast, but the food quality was honestly shocking.When my colleagues and I received our burgers, the buns were soggy, the cheese was horribly melted all over the burgers, and the patties were cold and greasy — they genuinely tasted old, like leftovers. The burgers were also soaked in a watery, runny sauce, making everything even messier. To top it off, the burger was wrapped in aluminium foil and arrived looking extremely messy and unappetising.I raised my concerns with Uber Eats support and was offered a credit of £1.29. That response felt like an insult considering the condition of the food.It’s such a shame that a famous fast-food brand seems to be ignoring basic quality standards. I’m sadly and genuinely disappointed, and I won’t be ordering again.

Dicing with disease, death and diabetes
Nephews were begging for milkshakes and cheese dogs, I said that stuff is utter junk you can only choose one. So they chose milkshakes and I took them to eat salmon sushi instead. While we were eating I took a sip of the strawberry shake. Tasted like ice-cream. Other kid had one with 3 mix-ins. I googled the nutrition and was stunned to see the base vanilla milkshake (no mix-ins) is 670 calories and the one he had chosen had 148g sugar. 148g!!! That's 37 teaspoons of sugar in one serving. These companies are literally KILLING YOUR HEALTH.

My first and last visit at this…
My first and last visit at this overpriced, low quality, ignorant fast food restaurant. Did not get what I ordered only burger (tasteless) and some leaves of salat, asked for pickles and roasted onions, non was in the burger. Now I know, why the Intu 5 Guys in Derby was not that busy. Paying £ 36 for two burger and two soft drink and having a substandard meal? I regret the visit. Did not bother to complain to the staff, in the long run, lost my business. One time never again.

I ordered through uber eats, the order was being prepared at the Walton Five guys. The order took ages and I gave the benefit of the doubt as it is Friday night. Eventually the order arrived and all the drinks were missing. Then when we opened the food it was freezing cold. I live ten minutes from the restaurant. I find it unacceptable that Five guys gives such poor Service, when it’s not cheap. It can’t be that difficult to read an order and make sure all items are there before it leaves the restaurant. We have used five guys a few times but this was the last straw. They will not be seeing another penny from me and my family. Treating customers this way will only end one way.
