Excellent customer service from the first time walked into the store. Gary was our salesperson. Very knowledgeable and helpful with exactly what we needed to install laminate flooring. The 3 professional installers arrived on time and very efficiently removed the carpet and installed our new flooring in 1 1/2 days. Kudos to Finmark Northridge. Looking forward to buying from them again in the near future.
Bill did an outstanding job! He is a meticulous, punctual and hard worker. Clean up was great. His tile work is done to perfection! Can’t rave enough about him and his fabulous workmanship! We couldn’t be more pleased.
Company has been there for a LONG time!!! We used them for one of our rentals over 20 yrs ago. We used them for carpet and linoleum in our current house and was happy with their service and installation.
All was excellent , especially the tile installers. The only issue was a mixup with the start date.I recommend this company.

My experience with Finmark Carpet One (shopping for, and installation of home carpeting [February 2014]) was a very good one! The salespeople there (in Northridge, California) were most helpful in helping us decide on appropriate carpet for our home. The installation was very professionally completed and went smoothly. The products (carpet and padding) appear to be of very high quality, thankfully, and hopefully will last a long time. The entire job wasn't cheap, but it was a fairly large job, and I'm assuming the price for products and service was competitive. Hey, "you get what you pay for", right?

Finmark employee Gary Fuller was great. He was polite, knowledge-able, prompt for our appointment. We were pleased with ourpurchase and would definitely use Finmark again for our flooringneeds. I forgot to say how patient Gary was with us.
Finmark pricing was in line with other flooring stores. They arrived when expected and did a good job installing the floor. I was disappointed that I never heard from anyone at Finmark afterwards to make sure everything was ok. I only heard from them wanting payment.

The workmanship was very good. The vinyl planking and carpeting look great. Unfortunately, our salesman did not measure properly, thus causing a delay in the completion of the project. Additionally, on the final day of the installation of the planking, only one worker showed up, and late at that. Thankfully, there was very little for him to finish.
Got great treatment, but still never received my quote for a masland carpet and installation. Your company got this e-mail to me, but I called many times to Finmark and although they tried to e-mail me, I never received the it. I have not had a chance to get over there to pick up the estimate in person.
