SCAM!!!! Damaged products

I ordered a framed art print. When I took it out of the box I discovered a large chip out of the top of the frame near the top of the print. The glass was not broken and no fragments of the frame were in the box. So they used a damaged frame and changed me full price for it. No one from Fine Art America will respond.

shoddy products and service

Fine Arts America delivered a poster with blurred images. Upon my complaint, they said they would investigate and get back , but despite my repeated queries, they never did. Once I returned the poster, they refunded my original payment, but of course I paid the $10 return shipping. What a waste of time and money for such shoddy service.

Disney Memories

This artist captured the excitement I feel every time I pass this sign. I could literally stare at this picture for hours because it transforms me back to such a happy time! The canvas is stunning and made with great quality. I had to contact them about my shipment and they were very prompt to respond to me. Overall, I am very satisfied!

I was trying to order a product and…

I was trying to order a product and kept trying to get the 20% coupon for being a first-time buyer. I tried more than 10 times, over 3 days. Never got anyone to respond. Just check the Better Business Bureau—they have a BBB Rating of F.

I had to send the art back for personal…

I had to send the art back for personal reasons. The art was quality work. The problem came in the customer support. It took two months to finally get the full refund. I did get it however. Thank you Fine Art America. Make sure you dot all your "I's" and cross all your "T's" in the return process. Keep a log of everything and a paper trail. This will help. Always get a RMA for each picture sent back even if it was one order. This will save you time and headaches. But remember, I did get a full refund.

The Worst Service Ever!!!

I recently saw a review:Very poor customer service I was advised shipping would take 2 -3 business days. In fact it was over two weeks before my framed print was shipped. Despite numerous emails I could not generate a response to my enquiries as to why my print was delayed. This was a birthday present for a close friend - the date was missed! Do not place an order unless you are willing to tolerate false shipping promises. Very disappointed.This is exactly what I am going through now!!!I ordered a jigsaw puzzle. A birthday gift for a family member. I placed the order on January 27th with shipment 3-4 business days. It is now Friday February 13th and my order still has not been shipped!!!!I have sent numerous emails. No reason given for the delay. I tried to cancel my order but was told I can't because the item is about to be sent out. I asked what time frame does about to be sent meant. No reply.Please do not give this company your business.

BEWARE!

BEWARE!! I was ordering a framed picture for $200. Shipping was $30. I saw that there was a 20% coupon, so I changed the order and got $40 off. Great! No, not great, the shipping went up to $50!! So then I checked and put in the order without coupon, shipping was $30. I checked it out 2 more times.m, consistently the same! When you get 20% off you get charged $20 more for shipping. I complained online, they pretended they didn’t understand and said “shipping charges can vary”. They’re liars and the site is fraudulent. Buy from Art.com!!

I recently purchased a Scoot Airlines…

I recently purchased a Scoot Airlines Boeing 787 hoodie sweatshirt. It came out really well, and I think it is one of my favorites. The photography and artwork are excellent. Also, I received it in a reasonable amount of time and in excellent condition. It reflects Fine Art America's excellent service!

From experience

This site has lovely products but poor customer service. Don't ever try to cancel an order. Shipping fees are high; if you return an item you pay for shipping. Customer service person suggested that I destroy the item-take a picture of it and then they would do a refund. I paid to ship it back-not going to destroy a new item-what a terrible suggestion.

please be wary of this fraudulent company

As an artist, please be wary of this fraudulent company. If your account generates a lot of sales, be prepared for it to be suddenly deactivated for no reason.I had generated a ton of sales over Christmas, and then they suddenly deactivated my account without warning or notification.I contacted them numerous times for an explanation, but received no response.

Not as advertised.

Good selection. But they have a pop up that says you get 20% off order for providing email and signing up. So I did. Then spent a lot of time populating a shopping cart. The discount they actually send is not 20%. It is 10%. Feels very "bait and switch". Messaged them over the weekend with no reply. Used the live chat option a bit ago and got no response or explanation. So going to one of the million other places I can buy art. Feels shady.
