We worked with them last 2019 to help us with our financial situation since then we had 3 different agents, our first agent is Zyra Valdez she is okay when following up, we were able to get a call or emailed from her and if we got any notice or stuff she will asked us to emailed it to her or text it. After a year we did not hear from anyone so I called and they told me I have a new agent, but never called me or introduce himself until I called. Anyways fast forward to now 6 years, as of Today I received a notice that they did not pay my debt and now the company is suing us. We paid for 5 years in Success link and graduated as per employee I called earlier today but forwarded me again to a number that never ANSWER AND FULL OF VOICEMAIL SO NOBODY CAN CALL ME BACK! I will not recommend this company! I will still call this company because they owed us an EXPLANATION!

Since I Join with this program. I have 6 case managers and never had a chance to solve my concerns. Keep changing their people. 4-5 mos calling them about my concerns and never answer my call. Thank Goodness Bryan assigned as my consultant. now I had a great experience with Bryan very responsive to my questions and response right away to all my concerns.
Trunk line always busy, doesn’t return calls and answer email. Takes 2 days to return your call. Keeps on changing Acct Manager assigned to you; lacks knowledge about the acct. I got 4 Acct Mgr in span of 16 mos.My new acct mgr Bryan Palafox assigned to me starting today is attentive, pleasant and sensitive to my needs & concerns. Thank you Bryan. Hoping he will continue doing so for my peace of mind and comfort. Being in this program is tough and gives me anxiety and uncertainties. I hope days go faster that I will get over this program which is still a long way to go but I’m prayiing I will get to the finish line.i want to thank Leonor Rivera for always answering my questions and returning my call.
