Partial delivery

Partial delivery. Paid for appliances on September 3 for an early November delivery. Mid November came up with a partial delivery missing a refrigerator and a stove. No explanation. no CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Beware

Beware. They do not tell you that when you order an item you have to pay shipping to return it - you cannot return it to a location. Worse, they tell you you have 90 days but if it is a large or fragile item they contract delivery to a freight carrier who only delivers it curbside, so you are left having to wrangle a 200 pound shower door into your house. Worse you only have 2 days to inspect it inside for damage and order a return. And you have to pay the Freight - $150. If you order order from a showroom have NOTHING shipped

Incompetent From Start To Finish

Incompetent From Start To Finish. The first thing you should know about Ferguson is that you can often find the same products at better prices elsewhere. The second thing you should know is their ability to actually deliver what you ordered is at best 50/50. Then when they deliver something that you didn't order (my case) or that contain misleading production descriptions (again, my case), they do everything but take accountability. In my case, they also refused to give me a refund for an item that I returned as it didn't work in the space due to a wrong product description.

Product had obviously been returned and…

Product had obviously been returned and was missing parts. Plumber charged 129 because he came out and was unable to install. Return process was difficult and time consuming!!! Do not use

My purchase request ignored

I went to Fergusons and spoke with a service person and listed features I wanted in a microwave - which were simple and straightforward as long as it vented outside from the rear. This was done and the microwave was delivered to my house. I also said I wanted actual fuel stove and gave my wanted features. I was offered 1 unit which I rejected due to color…. Something that did not work for me. Never heard from him again even after leaving another message. Went to Lowe’s, spoke to person in dept. We reviewed the choices . I placed the order and it was delivered to my home. I guess only if the job was simple and quick could he could be bothered with me.

Run - Go to Nebraska Furniture Mart

I'd like to warn others. Think twice before using this company for any appliance purchases. It was a horrible, disappointing experience. Furthermore, it continues to be a dreadful experience. We finished a custom, luxury home. We specific requested a washer and dryer (there are three sets in the home) because we loved the set from our previous home. We sent them an email specifically requesting the set (have the email to prove it). Ferguson order a different set on their own volition; actually ordered 3 incorrect sets. The custom cabinet was built for said incorrect set. Ferguson then Install that wrong set. We asked them to be return and replaced with the correct set, but they will not take them back. This is an antiquated business model. Go to Nebraska Furniture Mart where you get great service, the best price, and they will actually take the appliance back if they made an error.

Incompetent and awful customer service.

As a contractor, ordered for the first time. Every order was screwed up, with lateness, wrong items, wrong amounts. And then they refused to replace damaged items. Never again.

I would never buy anything at Ferguson…

I would never buy anything at Ferguson again and I will never recommend anybody buying anything from them either, unless you want a head ache. They don't even deserve the one star. What a mess this company is, they have no idea what's going on in their warehouses.I ordered Kohler bathtub, shower head, the valve, trims and etc. spent over $2000What I ordered and what I got were completely different products. Now that my contactor have installed the valve and done all the tile work and etc. and almost done with the bathroom remodel project is when he opened the box with the handle & the trim he noticed they were brushed finished when they were supposed to be polished chrome finished. I figured it’s a small mistake no problem but NOOOO They've sent me wrong item 4 times, YES 4 times. I understand a mistake once , Okay twice but 4 times. The order was very clear. Finally on the 4th try they sent me the correct finish handle and the trim but now it doesn’t fit the valve that they had originally sent me. So the valve that’s installed is a wrong valve also So long story short they screwed up big time and now they are giving me run around. NOW YOU WANT A HEAD ACHE YOU GO A HEAD AND ORDER FROM FERGUSON/BUILD.COM

This Company is a Joke

This Company is a Joke. Paid $12,000 upfront on April 8th to buy all our plumbing fixtures in one place. Everything was in stock yet our order still only partially delivered. Tried to call, email no response.Some items where apparently backordered but no one told us. Had to cancel those items and get a credit. This still not refunded after 3 weeks.Keep calling customer service - all useless and dont know anything. Only our Sales Lady knows what she did and she's is never available. Dealt with Miday G. Never again and she knows why. Coral Cables showroom Miami, want your money then Good luck getting a call back or your stuff. Terrible experience.

Several years ago I bought a $ 300 now…

Several years ago I bought a $ 300 now $400 4 hole kitchen faucet and spray set. Last night after washing some dishes the spigot fell off. I called Signature Hardware and spoke to Tyler. I explained my problem and asked if they could send me the part and pay for a new set to arrive later. Tyler told me to call the Asheville store and they would be happy to give me the part. He gave me the phone number, when I called it the number was for a regional office. There a very nice woman told me Tyler should not have told me that. She gave me the Manager of the Asheville showroom. The gentleman was very nice but told me there wasn't anything they could do. I have guests coming Christmas day, the only other sink I have is a small vessel sink in the bathroom. So I went to Home Depot asked and employee for help. He was off the clock but helped anyway. Then got a very helpful manager who ordered a new unit that will be here before Christmas for $165,00. When you need good customer service and a good price go to Home Depot instead of Ferguson or Signature Hardware.

Horrible service and backing the customer on a defective Fridge.

order and was delivered on 9/12/2023 a kitchaid fridge. When unboxing the front doors were not level. I expressed concern at that time and said I do not want a fridge with unlevel doors to the tune of 1 inch. The installlers said not to worry in was the ground it was sitting on and they would get the doors leveled. Well they were not able to get the door level. I said I do not want it they said they will take pictures and a tech would come out and they would be able to fix it. Two tech have been out parts ordered and the doors are still not level and Ferguson says not their issue if the doors cant be fixed. I have requested new fridge but they say no I have to keep having tech come out and try and fix. I would run from this company. Horrible service. The fridge should be replaced the issue was observed by the installers and reported and they keep saying it's in Whirlpool hands now. What happened to taking care of the customer on a brand new fridge dekivered with a defective door. I was told the same as it was delivered that if the door could not be fixed I would get a new fridge and now I am being told a different story. A brand new fridge delivered defectiveand so noted by the installers of Ferguson and I am now have an ugly fridge with unlevel doors. Wow who can you trust anymore. Not Ferguson!

Appliances issue, customer support is poor

I wanted to start by saying I gave Ferguson additional star because we were able to get our money back. We had a dilemma with Bellevue location. The whole order was messed up. 1. We ordered Thermador fridge with salesperson specifically telling him WHITE inside, no water dispenser. Received STAINLESS STEEL inside and the freezer door had whole for water dispenser even though our fridge didn’t have one. Now I have constant fingerprints on inside of my fridge and it’s a pain to wash off those spots. They told us we got updated model (but thats not what we ordered, you cant just replace without confirming with a customer). We just didn’t want to fight with Ferguson about it because we had a much much worse problem. Received oven+speed oven appliances with rats poop inside and appliances smelled like pee. Once the pee is there, you cant make it go away. They wanted to blame us that we have rats in garage (thats where we kept sealed appliances like they were delivered until kitchen was ready). We lived in our home for 8 years and never had a single rat/mice in garage. Appliances were firmly sealed, not a single hole when we inspected them but when we opened the boxes, the poop just rolled brr. Rodents were inside speed oven and there was also some tiny red bugs/worm inside of speed oven. All appliances (oven, speed & fridge were stores in garage for same time, no rats in fridge). After fighting with them for over 4 months, they replaced us with broken/damaged/used appliances even though we paid money for new. They told us they were knew, but we could see speed oven was taken apart all scratched up on the sides and it smelled burned when working and made electricity shocking clicking sound. It was delivered very dusty/black dust. We didn’t even install the oven because it was received damaged in 3 spots on front. They told us these models can’t be found in the whole USA that they were replaced by newer models (lied). I think they meant Ferguson didn’t have them, but other dealers had them. We got our money back, but since our cabinets are custom to these appliances, we needed exact models. I never bought appliances straight from internet, but we had no option. There were 2 companies offering them, and the one with bunch of bad reviews was the company that delivered us brand new, not a single scratch appliances 3 weeks later. That company kept us informed about whereabouts and status of our order through email. Every step! (with Ferguson we had to keep emailing salesperson every month for 7 months asking where is it). We spent Christmas and Easter without oven and microwave because of Ferguson. The 2 major holidays where I always invite family over. This dilemma also prevented me from cooking/baking and posting new recipes online and that’s where our income comes. In the past for so many years we always sent people to Ferguson for appliances and everything they needed for their remodel because we had great experience with them 8 yrs ago when we did remodel in our home, unfortunately this door closes for us. Ferguson is no more to us. We lost our loyalty to them and we no longer feel confident sending people their way. I just don’t want anyone to go through what we went through.

What a way with service!

What a way with service!! They went out of their way to find what I needed in town by calling other locations so I didnt have to drive everywhere. Ferguson takes care of people even if they dont have what you want in stock at the Elko location!
