Exceptional service
I have used fare o city in the past and had a smooth experience. But they took the customer service to a new level when my flight was cancelled just a few hours before the scheduled departure. Instead of me having to stay on long calls with airlines, Kajal and team coordinated everything with the airlines on my behalf and got me a ticket on a later flight with no extra cost to me, which is difficult to arrange for amid global travel disruptions. I’d give them 10/10 for this exceptional service.
