Just ordered new t-shirts, I already had two (one oversized, one normal). I just like them because the quality is fantastic and you can wear them all the time. If you need a T-shirt for under your shirt it fits perfect. But also, just to wear it without it fits great. The colours are beautiful, they look nice and fit very comfortable.

ETQ is a way of meaning in this life. The unique way they create the flow of a lifestyle that is so subliminal. I choose all wear from ETQ. Its craftsman ship is high and wear is flawless and equisite. The only thing is I ordered a pair of shoes but they weren’t on stock so I didn’t get them. It is what it is but the woman from the customer service was very helpful and offered me another shoe but with discount. Still something but I am happy, I would recommend everybody to buy at ETQ! I never write reviews but I will given my experience. I ordered a pair of shoes from this company and unfortunately had to return them. I used their official return portal, followed all instructions correctly, and the tracking clearly shows the items were delivered back to them. The return receipt also confirms the recorded weight of the parcel, so there’s no dispute that the items were sent and received.It has now been over a month and I still haven’t received my refund.Customer service has been extremely disappointing. Responses take days, and when they do reply, there’s no clear resolution or timeline provided. It feels like I’m being ignored despite having clear proof that the return was delivered.At this point, I’m left without the shoes and without my money. Very frustrating experience, I wouldn’t order again based on how this return has been handled.
If buying from this company please be aware that they have a very strict 14 day return policy. My partner ordered some shoes for her son and ordered them over 2 weeks before his birthday (to ensure they would arrive in time as they were coming from Amsterdam!!) the shoes did not fit so when she tried to exchange for the larger size 20 days from delivery date it was a very clear no refund and/or exchange for any reason!!! She now has a worthless pair of shoes costing over £200. Please be aware
ETQ company sells low-quality shoes at high prices. The sizes don't match, because a size 43 could be a 44 or a 45. Their return management is terrible. They only know how to advertise to customers in other countries, who then have trouble returning them (which costs the customer money). I recommend not buying because the company has low standards.

Sizes come up a bit small in my opinion but great shoes - I’m usually a 9 and should have gone 10 but that’s on me!
They secretly added "order protection" to my order automatically that I did not realise until the order had gone through. I contacted support immediately and was told this is always added to orders and not possible to have refunded. So watch out, I have reported them to my credit card company and UK trading standards.

ETQ are proactive at replying to negative reviews here, appearing to be proactive but in actuality do not progress the topic beyond the public response. I provided all necessary details at ETQ's request when responding to my review 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing since.
Impossible to return: BewareWe have paid for a return label and it does not even work. We attempted to contact ETQ assistance but had not received any correspondence from them. I am now stuck with an item which is not needed.
I have had an extremely frustrating experience with ETQ regarding a return.I have repeatedly tried to initiate a return via ETQ’s website, but the return system does not work. Regardless of which email address is used, the system returns error messages stating that no eligible order can be found (auth errors). I have documented this with screenshots.I have been in contact with customer service multiple times and provided all requested information repeatedly (email addresses, postal code, and screenshots taken immediately after the order was placed). Despite this, they claim they cannot locate the order in their system.At some point, ETQ suddenly stopped responding to emails altogether. My last four messages have not been answered, despite being clear, documented, and reasonable.I have also tried calling their customer service, but there is no one available by phone.I am now stuck with an item I cannot return because ETQ neither fixes their return system nor creates the return manually or provides a return label — and they are no longer responding.This is far below acceptable standards, especially for a brand that positions itself as “premium.”Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ETQ.
