Brought a car with trade in of $6000.
Brought a car with trade in of $6000.1. First time we Brought a Nissan Juke was very good. Excellent service from Sam.2. Paid off Juke and went to trade.3. Repayments ended up being higher although car was way less even with trade in of Juke.4. Didn't feel the same after getting the new car from them after they got the warrent.-Could feel every bump on the road, like it's shocks are going to break. -Car feels different so parked it up and tried to call to exchange -Got told can't, no good in communication and helping. -Just wanted a straight swap on new car at same price but nothing. -If you're looking to buy, don't sign anything until you're 100% happy with it.

I am writing to formally express my…
I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment with the unprofessional and disrespectful experience my husband had at Enterprise Car Sales. Prior to arriving at the dealership, a female representative communicated to him over the phone that he could bring in $2,900 to move forward with the vehicle purchase. However, when he arrived with the exact amount discussed, the terms were suddenly changed without clear explanation. This was extremely frustrating and misleading. To make matters worse, the representative left my husband waiting while she assisted another customer and never returned to properly finish their conversation. That lack of courtesy and professionalism is unacceptable. She also failed to disclose important details over the phone, such as what the monthly payments would be, yet instructed him to go ahead and put insurance on the vehicle. She even provided the VIN number for a vehicle he had not purchased and encouraged him to add insurance coverage before any paperwork was finalized. When he arrived expecting to complete the process, the staff was dismissive, nonchalant, and disrespectful. In the end, my husband did not even leave with a vehicle, only frustration and disappointment. The entire situation was handled poorly from start to finish, and the level of communication and professionalism we experienced was completely unacceptable. HER NAME IS JAMIE LENCH BY THE WAY

Went to buy a car in Olathe KS
Went to buy a car in Olathe KS. Made the deal over the phone. The price was right but the car was crap. Cracked windshield and the transmission had issues. So we made a deal on another one. It was below zero outside and cloudy. I couldn't really see any damage in the light we had. Got the car home and the paint had scratches and rock chips in the hood and more scratches on the trunk lid. A total piece of junk. Took it back up there today. Absolutely the worst car buying experience I've ever had. Two words BUYER BEWARE!!!

Enterprise Car Sales delivered what they promised
My experience was great. I will send a picture of the car a 2024 Ford escape for a great price. This was Enterprise Car Sales located in Renton Washington. They drove my car to Moses Lake, which is about an hour from where I live. The car was in perfect condition. It runs great. It gets good gas mileage and it looks really sharp. It was a very pleasant experience with the people and the products. I would recommend at least looking into Enterprise Car Sales I see some people don’t have a good experience, but I did.

Dont do it.. Enterprise car sales lacks integrity
In 50 Yes 50 Years of buying cars Enterprise (Fort Worth Texas) has been my only bad experience. They lied misled and ignored at every level of the transaction. You think you have terms agreed to before you sign the papers they bait and switch interest rate, loan term length, warranty length and condition of the vehicle at delivery. It has taken 4 mouths and repeated lies and omissions on a 30+ thousand dollar vehicle over a $100 rebate they offered me for time and travel. Do yourself a favor and go to echopark where you will get same and better price, service and communication.

This Company Delivers on their Promise
This Company Delivers on their Promise I recently bought a pre-owned and verified 2022 Toyota Tacoma SR 5 from Enterprise. From the begining of my transaction with Enterprise in Milwaukie, Oregon everything my salesman, Coury Harrison said came true along with a quality truck. Initially I had the truck delivered from their location in California and it arrived on time. The truck exceeded my expections from the low price to the mechanical, drive train, to the beautiful interior. I highly recommend Coury and Enterprise Car Sales for your next auto purchase.

Think twice before buying a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales..
I purchased a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales in Kentwood, MI (Grand Rapids area), and unfortunately, the experience has been deeply disappointing. Initially, everything seemed fine, but within a week of ownership, the car began emitting heavy white smoke upon startup—an early sign of serious engine trouble.Since then, the vehicle has been in the repair shop for over a month. It has required multiple major repairs, including replacement of the crankcase breather, all 16 valve guide seals, and now a complete cylinder head replacement. To make matters worse, the cylinder head is currently on backorder with no estimated time of arrival, leaving me without a functioning vehicle and no clear resolution in sight. This experience has been a cautionary tale about purchasing former rental vehicles—particularly through Enterprise. It is unacceptable for a car to require such extensive repairs within just three months of ownership.

I have been Totally Disrespected from the time I paid Cash for my vehicle. I have called multiple times looking for the Title to the vehicle. Multiple times the Tallahassee dealership has "Hung up on my calls" never providing me any help with obtaining the vehicle Title. It's clear that if you finance a vehicle with Enterprise, they roll over to assist you. But Heaven Forbid you pay CASH for a vehicle, no one wants to talk with you about an issue after leaving the lot. Waiting 4 to 6 months just to receive a Title is ridiculous especially when it was paid for in CASH !!!

Terrible service
Terrible service. I looked at a car online, and got an email telling me to go to the Allentown location. See email clipped below. But when I went there, they told me the car was in Wayne, NJ. The rep Elisa was incompetent, claiming she called me but never did (called ID does not lie). The manager was rude and disrespectful, telling me it was my fault to go to the wrong location. But, he was the one at fault for the location given to me was Allentown. Horrible people, horrible service.

Prometes Preditory Lending by Exeter Finance
The IssueI purchased a car in desperate need to help transport my mother to and from medical appointments, only to find out that the company is a predatory lender who preys on vulnerable individuals with compromised credit. This company's deceitful practices have left me, and countless others, in a state of financial despair, stripping away not only our hard-earned money but our dignity and security in the process.Predatory lending is a deeply unethical practice that targets individuals when they are at their most vulnerable. These lenders exploit people with poor credit ratings, often offering loans with exorbitant interest rates and unfavorable terms, trapping individuals in cycles of debt that they struggle to escape. This practice disproportionately affects low-income families, minorities, and the elderly, who may not have the financial literacy or resources to defend themselves against such operations.

Mismatched Tires
All went well and I was happy, until I found that the car had mismatched tires. Goodyear in the front, Continental in the rear. I sent an email with information. It was unanswered. I called the salesman, no return call. I finally got him on the phone and he said he would speak to the manager. Nothing.I decided to write to cooperate. They didn't read the email and thought it was a rental. I responded. They wrote back and said to contact Hertz in Richmond, VA. I responded telling them I had tried three times and to please read the email. Now, everything is silent.I will not buy from Hertz again. My last car was from Enterprise (I wish they had what I wanted), they were responsive. Hertz is not! Here's what the industry states about mismatched tires:Uneven Tread Wear:Mixing tires with different sizes, tread patterns, or load indices can cause uneven weight distribution, leading to faster wear on some tires compared to others.Poor Handling:Mismatched tires can negatively impact a car's handling and braking performance. The different tires may have different grip levels, causing the car to feel unstable or unpredictable in turns or during braking, especially in emergency situations.Drivetrain Damage (AWD/4WD):In all-wheel or four-wheel drive vehicles, mismatched tires can put extra strain on the drivetrain, potentially leading to damage to the transfer case, differentials, or other components.Tire Rotations:Mismatched tires can make tire rotations more difficult or impossible, further contributing to uneven wear.

Enterprise Forgot Its Promise: To Put People First
I was dismissed and ghosted for exercising caution on a no-obligation transfer and expressing interest in a different (higher priced) vehicle I was willing to pay for, which also involved transfer fees. I was told I had "cost the company money." (Auth Road, Camp Springs/Suitland, MD)For a brand that promotes “people first," my experience revealed quite the opposite. Actions speak louder than mission statements, and these people showed me exactly where I stood as a customer, senior, and disabled veteran.

I bought a 2021 Nissan Kicks from the enterprise car sales in San Leandro California. July makes 1 year that I purchased my yesterday. Two days ago my car died in the middle of the street! Come to find out from the mechanic the transmission went out on the car along with along with many other lights. If this car was inspected by Enterprise how could this happen? They pushed hard for me to get an extended warranty with Assurant! They literally took all day to decide if they would fix my car! Finally approved fixing it, said they would give me a rental a rental car for 4 days. When I got to enterprise assurant was only covering me for two days! 😡 I pay them every month and now that I need assistance they put a loop whole in the contract so they don’t have to cover paying my car until it’s finished! I will buy another car from enterprise and be Careful with the extended warranty! It has a bunch of loop wholes. Don’t trust enterprise cars! When I called enterprise they wanted nothing to do with it! They got the money from the sale and they move on!! Beyond disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Enterprise Car Sales, and I have to say, the experience was outstanding from start to finish! After my Mercedes Benz experienced a transmission failure, I found myself needing a rental car. I rented from Quinn Hansen at the Dunwoody location, but due to delays in my car repairs, the rental turned into a longer-term arrangement. During this time, I was fortunate to work with Garrett Reynolds and Sales Manager Shakira Gibson at the Enterprise Car Sales Roswell, GA location. Their professionalism, kindness, and support were exceptional, and they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect new vehicle. I truly can’t express enough how helpful they were during a stressful time.I also want to give a special shoutout to Patrick Thorsten, the Area Car Sales Manager. Patrick's leadership is evident, and it's clear that he sets a high standard for the entire team. Garrett, Shakira, and Patrick made my entire experience seamless and stress-free. Their teamwork and dedication speak volumes about the Enterprise family culture. Thanks to their support, I’m now driving away in a new car, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I’m proud to be part of the Enterprise family and highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales to anyone looking for great customer service and a smooth car-buying experience.Thank you again, Enterprise Car Sales, and a special thanks to Garrett, Shakira, and Patrick!Daryll Triplett

Worst Car Buying Experience of My Life
I used to be an employee of Enterprise. I was fed lies about how great and well taken care of the cars are at Car Sales. I had the worst experience I have ever had buying a used car. This entire experience was an absolute nightmare and the attitude that I encountered from the employees at Car Sales in Albuquerque, NM was incredibly inappropriate. If they would have shown some sympathy for my situation it would have helped, they made me feel like an inconvenience. The only person who was truly helpful was Arturo. Otherwise, the area manager Sam Leibenhaut, employees like Dashnie, and even the main honcho Mike Peters, had very bad attitudes.Around April 10th, I bought a 2022 Nissan Sentra. Shortly after I bought the car, I noticed it would shake at various speeds. Therefore, Car Sales had me take it to Pep Boys. According to Sam, Pep Boys told him that they recommended the wheels be replaced because they have flat spots that may continue to make the car shake, but the balance should have taken care of 90% of it. Sam said he could not replace the tires because the tread was still new. Shortly thereafter, I noticed that when I turned right or left the front of the car made a sound. Car Sales also heard the sound, so I took it to another Pep Boys. The CV axle was broken and the struts needed to be replaced. The car that I had less than 2 weeks sat at Pep Boys for a week because they had to order the CV axle. I never heard anything from Enterprise. When I arrived at Pep Boys, I was told they only changed the struts because it was still under warranty with Nissan. Nobody communicated this with me so my car sat there for a week. Then I took the car to Nissan. Sam had an attitude. When I told him that I appreciated Arturo and his apologies, Sam got defensive and let me know he had already apologized 4 times. After complaining about Sam, I started working with the general manager of Car Sales—Mike Peters. After having the car at Nissan for a week waiting for the axle to arrive, they said the control arm and boots were also broken. Nissan said it looked like the bolts had been banged on.My car was at Nissan for almost 3 weeks. I had the car a month and I only got to drive it for one week. When the car was ready, Nissan said I had to pay a $100 deductible, or I would not get my car back. I had to reach out to Enterprise again. When I spoke to Dashnie on the phone, I did not yell at her, but I did raise my voice a bit, which resulted in her hanging up on me. When I did eventually speak with Mike, he wanted ME to pay for the deductible and be reimbursed by Enterprise—to which I said no.When I spoke to Nissan, I asked them what they thought happened, They told me that Mike had been giving them attitude and telling them that this should be under their warranty, however, it was obvious that this was not a manufacturer error—someone else had done this to the car. They assumed someone had hit a curb or something with it and then got it shoddily repaired. The car still vibrates when I drive it. I am hoping it is just the tires because Nissan pretty much replaced the whole front. However, I am too scared to reach out to Enterprise because of their attitude and Sam had said he cannot justify buying new tires since the tread is fine. The hassle I went through with Enterprise was NOT worth it. I went to them because I thought I could trust them and believed I would get a reliable car. I was sorely mistaken. Not only was this car seriously damaged on THEIR watch, it was not inspected before it was sold, and their customer service was severely lacking. I know Enterprise’s values—they claim that their brand is the most important thing that they own, and they always claim how important the customer is to them. I was going to refer people to Car Sales, even my husband was going to buy his next car from them, but after what happened I will definitely go out of my way to tell people NOT to buy used cars from Enterprise Car Sales, especially in Albuquerque, because it is quite apparent they cannot be trusted.

Bad paint job!!!
Well my partner went to enterprise in Gastonia and we had purchased a Nissan Altima and it would not start the next morning and got another one and the electric sets didn’t work and then we got a 2023 Hyundai ELANTRA and when we looked at it on April 28th and drove it we wanted it and it was very hot and the sun so bright and the car being a bright Red we didn’t see the small places all over the car all the way to the metal ,so we took it in and they said they touched it up wow and had it ready in 20 minutes and it was pouring rain that day and you know that a car just being touched up or painted can’t get wet and there are to many spots on the car that we never noticed and we can’t get it detailed because they refused because of the paint and because they are so many small places front back sides doors hood yes they are small but to the metal and like Maaco said it will start to peel in the hot sun that the entire car needs to be painted and the car salesman was notified about the paint and the carpet on the 2nd of may and stated we bought a used car yea but not with a terrible paint job and the money we are paying for it is a lot of money at first he was extremely nice and now it’s you bought a used car I have seen older cars that have better paint jobs on them everytime I want to talk to the manager he just stepped out or he is with a client or something I can never talk to him we are just asking them to do something about the paint job we are paying enough for it to where the paint job on a 2023 should be immaculate on a car of that year and I have never seen a paint job like that and Hyundai dealer ship said it needed to be painted not touched up and I notified them before the 7 days because I have proof of my phone calls to Andrew all they did was fix the carpet I am going there on Tuesday and I’m praying that they fix it or have one just like it with a good paint job we are so hurt and my partner is a veteran and I’m a lung cancer patient and we just wanted a dependable nice car but this paint is embarrassing and I want it fixed the manager is a good man and I believe he will do something but only the manager. So I hope you see this and do something about it sir, I’m am asking for help and I called on the 2nd and I didn’t tell you because I figured Andrew had told you about this big problem now it runs fine but brakes squeak and the paint job is so heartbreaking please fix this .

No right vehicle and unsafe
The luton i ordered wasn't their when I turned up, an alternative was given but was smaller, I was moving home so was unable to get all my items and as I was moving about 350 miles, multiple trips were out, also I had to take a van from one depot to another to get a different one. On collecting that the person was only worried about the van I really arrived in and all I did was drive from Dunfermline to livingstone, but she went through the inside as if I had used it fully. Also the van i picked up she didn't go through a thorough check it was a quick rushed check. I asked about two tyres asking if they had been check as they looked a bit low compared to the other two. She did it had all been checked. Everything seemed OK till I started loading the van and especially the rear tyre started to bulge, so I went to the garage, when I put the tyre pressure gauge on to inflate, the front was 34 and should have been 59, the rear was 19 and should have been 73. It showed that no check had been done and the van was hired in an unsafe condition. I have not been impressed by the livingstone branch and someone should do something about their staff and checks. I won't be using our recommending enterprise again.
