eHarmony is a trusted dating platform who screens people well. You blocked Patti Denise and sent me a warning that she might be a scam. I communicated with her for a month only by text because she said that she couldn't get another phone. In the end she said that someone got into her bank account and stole $8350.00. At that point, I knew it was a scam and got out.
For me , eharrmony is the best and safest dating ap of them all . . . . . T.
I think there are good questions to answer
⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience — Not Worth the MoneyI honestly regret signing up for eHarmony. The app is very expensive, and unfortunately, the experience has not matched the price at all. After paying for a subscription, I quickly realized that no one ever contacts me, conversations rarely happen, and the matches provided feel extremely limited. The platform claims to use advanced compatibility matching, but most of the profiles shown to me are people I don’t feel physically attracted to or compatible with at all. What makes the situation worse is that you’re locked into the subscription. Even when you realize the service isn’t working for you, canceling doesn’t provide a refund, which feels unfair considering the lack of results. For an app that markets itself as a premium dating experience, I expected better quality matches, more engagement, and flexibility for users who are unhappy with the service.Unfortunately, this has been a frustrating and costly experience, and I would not recommend it to others.
Full of scam artists! Complete waste of time. 20 scam matches to one legitimate match.
I enjoy that eharmony has a complex matching algorithm; I want to find someone I am in love with that has a large amount of algorithm content; my parent got a divorce and it tore me in half--I don't want that (and wish they would still get back together).
The complete process
Its very confusing & when you contact them only option is online in chat & they go right around your question & dont answer it. Its s stress to use it not pleasure. Hard or impossible to remove your credit card. Its horrible don’t use them
I've made a number of connections on Eharmony, met a few women for a date, got a serious gf too. the matching number doesn't lie if the match is above 110!
This dating site is a joke they have women that are phony that try to take you out the platform that's where they start manipulating you to try to take your money and eHarmony so you could cancel your prescription anytime that's a lie you have to pay the full prescription all they do is take your money don't waste your time on this site you will not find the love of your life you will find your pocketbook empty
Many varied profiles. I appreciated the amount of detail in the profiles.
The experience at eHarmony has been mostly good, but not great. I have made a number of opposite sex friends, but definitely I have NOT met the love of my life. Getting to the point of actually meeting someone takes a lot of time and patience, and the pool of older singles appears to be very shallow.
Have to say what a waste of money, there are no matches in my area Yorkshire Total waste of money and time.
Be warned about this site. This site is run by nothing but liars and scammers. When i signed up for Eharmony they promoted a great account membership of 10 dollars to be paid monthly. I was stupid enough to fall for it and paid for it and immediataly i realized they had lied. Instead they charged me for a 12 month membership with 34 dollar payments monthly and they immediataly charged me 34 dollars. Once i realized this i immediataly tried to cancel the membership and get a refund and they kept refusing to do either and they only just today decided to finally refund me and cancel the scam membership because i threatened legal action. This is the worst dating site around. You can't even view other profiles without a membership and they lie to you about the membership you're paying for to trick you and scam you out of hundreds of dollars. DO NOT JOIN
I signed up for eHarmony on February 14, 2026 and was charged $504.85 for a 12-month Premium Plus subscription. I believed I was selecting a short-term plan, but the checkout resulted in a full 12-month charge.I contacted customer service immediately to request cancellation and a refund. Compounding the issue, I was unable to access my account due to a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) login failure. eHarmony provided a workaround code, but it did not work, leaving the paid service completely unusable.Despite explaining that I could not log in or use the service at all, my refund request was denied multiple times, with the company citing its cancellation policy. The matter was only resolved after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, at which point eHarmony processed a refund and returned the account to Basic status. While I appreciate that the refund was ultimately issued, the experience was frustrating. I would advise potential customers to review subscription terms very carefully before completing checkout and to be aware that refund requests may require escalation.
