Very weak flavors
I've been making my own juice for over two years and ordered all my flavors from ecigexpress , Two years ago you got what you payed for but about 8 month's ago the Capella flavoring started To get weaker and weaker to the point that it had no taste at all.NEVER SKIMP YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU'RE ONLY HURTING YOURSELF 🤔

Couple years ago I had my CC info hijacked twice from this site. First time I wasn't sure but I suspected it was this site, got a new card of course. With new card, before using anywhere else, I used on this site, got jacked again. Then I was certain, and there wouldn't be a third time. Draining my account twice and missing my rent isn't worth an ejuice deal when there are other options. Of course the bank covered my losses, but still paid an enormous rent late fee. This is what happens when you run a site with a weak shopping cart system infected with malware.

I'm writing this review as a would-be UK customer. i was highly impressed with their range of concentrates. they've got things you can't buy anywhere else at all, which was why i was willing to pay their exhorbitant postal charges. However, they don't accept Paypal, so my only real option was to pay by card. Some days later, i found a mail from them in my junk mail folder which looked so much like a phishing scam I was worried. They said there was an an unspecified irregularity and that they couldn'tprocess my payment unless I sent them photo ID. And they provided a link to follow , Seriously. When i refused to provide photo,ID, they repeated their request then cancelled my order.Now, I've had no problems paying USA companies by VISA before, and have never, ever been asked for photo ID, especially not by email with a "click this link" thrown in. That just isn't done.No, I don't actually believe they're scammers, but i do think that overseas custom is not near so welcome as their website likes top pretend. And i also believe that they're incompetent idiots, sorry, but that's my truthful opinion.

I've been using ecigexpress for 2 years and never had a problem. I mainly purchase 100mg nicotine some times some flavorings. They always ship fast and the nicotine is top quality crystal clear and hardly any smell and no peppery taste

So childish that one worker would get mad at a company for disliking his job. Quit your job and move on don't try to destroy someones company, because you can't handle a little heat. Don't care where Ecig get's there stuff from it's cheap it's cheaper than other places which makes it stand out. As long as their customer service is good and they stand behind their product I have no complains. So far nothing but great service and very low prices... If I find cheaper I'll use the cheaper option but so far their cheapest so I'm with them.

poor quality products
dont waste your money,I had spent hundreds of dollars over the last few years with this company.
I didnt complain last time the battery didnt work right out of the box,or died one week later, i have had the atomizer fall apart after one week, leaking atomizers which ruined my clothing and furniture.
BUT NOW I HAVE HAD ENOUGH
I emailed them about a faulty atomizer that came , it was delivered while i had been away for the weekend and opened it when i got back a few days later....they said ,"too bad, you have to report it within 48 hours"
WOW. They couldnt just make it right, i never asked for any replacement before...and i did buy four of these...why would i lie?
I offered to send the faulty one back and everything...they just want to take your money and dont take any responsibility for the product quality!
