I have been employed by DT-Trak off and on for roughly 7 years. DT-Trak provides the best work-life balance for my family. I had taken a leave of absence to be a stay at home mom for a couple of years, and they welcomed me back with open arms. They are by far the most phenomenal company I've ever worked for. They are my second family.
I would like to write this review to warn other who are considering getting the services of DT-Track Consulting. They have the worst communication. We hired them on a project but the after-service was terrible. We couldn't get a hold of them from the number that they provided to us. It seemed like once they are done with a project, they will totally cut all connections to avoid rework or fixing issues from their end. Save yourself from trouble and look for another company.
I have been assisting DT Trak Consulting over the past 10 years with employee benefits. I have found the management team to be attentive to the needs of their staff members. They have consistently put the needs of the employees first. It is refreshing to work with a group of professionals who understand the importance of caring for their staff.
Communication with management is almost non-existent. They are very difficult to reach, and they do not address employee concerns. Likewise, instructions are often unclear because of management, but you'll be the one blamed for mistakes since you're the employee. Management doesn't give any clear directions on what to do, so most employees end up doing things inefficiently.
We were working with their DT Capture system and experienced issues at some point. We alerted them about the issues and agreed they would have that fixed which was okay. But one week delay is unacceptable!
