I ordered some Sabra. On the very day it was supposed to show up, my order got cancelled. I got refunded my $45.30. But I never got back my extra charge of $3.19. Plus, I don't like the fact that you dumb-asses asked for a tip in advance. Like an idiot, I gave you f--- ups the benefit of the doubt and gave 15%. Now I want to go to your company and kick your asses. As soon as I send this, I'm going to contact the Better Business Bureau. I'm glad I wasn't hosting a party. Or I'd be in a mess since you f--- ups only want to rip people off.
The site charged $31 for 4 day shipping and predicted it would arrive by the 8th. I needed it for a party on the 9th. On the 6th they sent me messaging that it would arrive on the 12th. I tried to cancel but they refused. The product arrived on the 12th. At least they got that right.
1-31-24 Never order from this delivery company. T hey will charge you twice the delivery, service, tip fees. I tried rationalizing with them had my proof of charges and they still did not refund a check for excess charges. We are talking about $13.00 refund check. This company does not know how to run a successful business and I see their ratings: very poor.
They have overcharged. Their order total on my email wasn't matching up with how much was actually charged to my card. I contacted them about it. They replied with no such explanation and no fix. Do not buy from them.
Don't let this company abuse you. Tried to place an order for three bottles of Scotch, had to register online first then had enter my CC information before being able to see the total for the transaction! They add a Delivery Fee + Another Fee (can't remember the name) + A Tip fee of 20% !! Greedy company. I did not proceed with my order but I could not cancel it. I was also unable to delete my account and my CC information. I sent an email requesting to delete the account AND the CC information. Got an email requesting to enter on a form ALL my information first INCLUDING my date of birth before they could do so... so not only do they have your CC information and don't want to delete it but they are also asking for your Date of Birth!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Total scammers. I will report them to Visa directly.
Took 15 minutes to place an order. The site is very confusing. Nowhere did I see what time do you want this delivered. Now it's been 24 hrs and the person I sent this to lives about a mile from the store. Worst Web site I have ever tried to maneuver. And it still hasn't been delivered! What if I don't have their phone number? It's just frustrating and confusing.
I think everyone else here has said it all. I THINK THIS MAY POSSIBLY BE THE WORST RUN APP IN HISTORY. STOP. I am still waiting for my order inquiry reply thats been a while just waiting for a reply. Be careful about giving this app your cc info Ordered for some unexpected guests DONT EVER DO THAT Guests were gone before I even got an inquiry reply. Take my advice don’t do it
Ordered four bottles of bourbon on 12/17, still not certain the status of my order on 1/2. Sent three different requests to Drizly for updates across that time period. Answers weren’t responsive to my concerns. Tried to make me track down the information from their subcontractor. Sent me an apparently erroneous email that one of the bottles was not available on 12/29. Order status show shipped because label created with UPS on 12/20. UPS still shows label created as status on 1/2. Their business model and support system seem to be fundamentally broken. I would not recommend using them nor will I ever do so again.
Order undelivered. No notification except from the intended recipient. No phone call or text. No offer to substitute for out of stock item. This is the second time Drizly failed to deliver. A dysfunctional company.
Awful experience - Ordered for 11a-1p arrival block, it never came. I called customer service and they were no help. Kept telling me he was there and I went to the receptionist and no was there with the alcohol. They should be embarrassed. Good this was for gifting and not for a party.
Didnt think it was possible to have this many bad reviews but now I know why. I was just sent a bottle from a client through Drizly and it was an awful experience. Rude lost driver, wrong note inside-not even sure its the correct bottle. They insisted on me taking photographs for them. Approx 12 emails from 10 different people. A complete disaster-with half baked apology--I would stay away!ps Drizly dont reply with email Customer Servcice-complete waste of time.
Useless. Tried to order some drinks (first online then through the app), got my orders cancelled and was told they just straight up couldn't process my card despite seeing the 2 transactions through my bank. No problems using the same card with Uber Eats or Doordash or any other platform, so obviously a platform problem.Just don't even bother. Absolute waste of time. Even contacting support didn't help a single bit.
Ordered ~$100 dollars 2 items on 11/17 as a birthday gift, plenty of time. Birthday was 12/1, thought nothing of it usually my Dad would acknowledge receiving … no. I go to the website and it states “Packed”. I later inquire … delayed response 12/4 “sorry the retailer is out of this and will have to get it from another store, you want to keep the order … yes, but will it ship soon … yes …OK. 12/13 I go check the order “It’s cancelled! They deserve less than 1 Star. NEVER USE DRIZZLY!
Tried this company out for first time! What a waste of time. Placed an order for delivery and on the list it gave a countdown for last call. Got the order in and keep checking status,it was never packed . I call overseas customer service which is in Philippines and they say the store closed and they will cancel order all the while NOT realizing the inconvenience and them taking money out of my bank account . If they knew the store was closed why were they on the with last call saying order would be delivered in 34 minutes???? Customer service was useless as well NO accountability at all!!! Deleting this service never using it again. Big Fkn waste of time!!!!!
I wish I would have read reviews before blindly trying this out. Estimated delivery from a local store was 35 to 45 minutes. That's why I chose to complete the order. It is now 12 hours later and nothing. I can't cancel the order in the app because it says I don't have an active order! I try to contact support and the form submit button does nothing. If the charge goes through, I will be disputing it with my bank.

I have had alcohol delivered a few times to support parties. Then I tried to do the "send a gift" drink for Christmas to my family. I get an email that my account is suspicious and it's been banned. I asked for clarification, and they simply replied the account was reviewed and banned and its not reversable. Did not do anything wrong. Makes no sense, very confusion, and crappy response from Drizly.
How can you be a delivery service that delivers 6 DAYS LATER!!!!!! and through UPS?!
Ordered 3 bottles. Received only 1. I was charged for the entire order (+fee, delivery and 20% tip) and in trying to get the difference refunded...well, it was a very frustrating experience. Instead of just refunding the difference to my account, I had to go through a ridiculous circus of calling them, emailing them (even a screen shot of my account) because I was charged 7 more times. I had to talk to my bank SIX times and was finally able to get the erroneous charges refunded. They just took the hit and covered it. Shame on Drizly. There has to be a better way to correct mistakes on their end and the mistakes made by the company who handles their transactions...Braintree. This took 3 weeks to straighten out. Needless to say, I have cancelled my account and uninstalled the app. NEVER AGAIN!!
