This book was a 100% answer to my prayers and encouragement to my heart when I couldn’t see how I was going to move on with life with my prodigal. Thank you so much for writing this book and I praise God for the insight, he has given you into this exceedingly painful situation. I highly recommend this book to All and have recommended to many  walking this path.  Thank you Lord Jesus and thank you, Dr. Weiss!
When my husband and I “happened” upon a spot on Daystar that featured Dr. Weiss talking about his book, PRODIGAL PARENT PROCESS, we decided immediately to purchase it. You see, our daughter had turned her back on God, her values and morals and became a person we did not know. Her father and I were devastated. I spent hours and days in tears.We received the book and immediately decided to also purchase the DVD series and workbook. Together we went through the book, treating it as a weekly Bible study. I cannot begin to tell you how much it helped the both of us! Most of all we learned that her choices were not our fault! Before we were half way through our study, we decided that knowing there were other parents in our church hurting as we were, we decided to start a small group in our home. Once we completed the study that is what we did. We have now gone through the book/dvds with six others- representing four families. They have felt the changes brought about by Dr. Weiss’ words and we are all truly grateful. No, my daughter has not come home, she is currently ‘married’ to another woman and has completely cut herself off from her father and I. Yes, it still hurts but I know she is being prayed for by so many and I have hope that she will return to her faith and to us. Thank you, Dr. Weiss.

We have known Doug Weiss for many, many years. The heart to heart clinical and administrative team is phenomenal. You can tell by just one interaction with each of them that they are truly passionate about what they do. I am convinced that this clinical team is the best out there when it comes to sexual addiction, intimacy anorexia, and betrayal trauma.
I have lots of my clients that have gone to Heart to Heart for a marriage intensives and they have all had great success with their top tier counseling and staff.
I would need to see proof of a doctorate. There are too many reports that "Dr. Doug" is, in fact, Doug. I have no qualms in sharing proof of my degree or dissertation. Please be transparent and honest.
