Order turned up and it was missing 2 items completely, 1 item I hadn't ordered and don't even eat. Rated them on the app of not happy with the order. They called and said sorry, we'll refund you the missing items, which I accepted. That was the 16th Feb, its now the 27th and it hasn't been refunded at all. Not impressed and would no longer recommend my local branch. Shameful!
Askedv for extra sauce, seems like I got none. Pizza was dry with no sauce
Ordered via Domino's phone app today. Order was never delivered. Called store and female employee spoke with the driver who confirmed he delivered the order to the wrong address. When we asked the female employee over the phone if they could remake our order and redeliver it she said that the driver was too busy and did not want to remake our order. Very disappointed! We filed a complaint with their corporate customer service.
I called my order in, they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Takes me 20 to get there. I get there cashier says it’s not ready yet after standing in line waiting for the 2 customers in front of me to have problems as well. 1st customer walks out after he said he’d been there about 45 minutes. Next customer also had waited a lengthy time even after calling the order in prior. So I sit and wait about 10 more minutes. I asked the cashier how much longer , he goes to the back and look around and talk to a few workers. I was thinking they were just getting started on my order. I wait another 15 minutes then ask the cashier where is my order. He looks on the shelf and what do you know? There it is, it had been on the shelf The whole entire time. He brings me the pizza. I walk out with it. I’m in the parking lot. He yells out the door, you didn’t pay for it. I storm back in and say, I thought if it’s not ready in a reasonable amount of time it’s free. He says no. I say, then you can keep it and I toss the pizza back on the counter and walked out. I liked Dominos pizza but that service was inexcusable. I won’t go there again and I don’t recommend them!
Their pizza were crispy and tasted good. Recommend
Crooks, these people sign you up to complete save without telling you that costs £18 a month, 3 months later, £56 down, no chance of getting our money back.
Terrible customer service! Barely any English. Sent wrong pizza and then admitted that it was so when phone call was made. We where told a new pizza would arrive and then canceled last minute. Domino's said the the original pizza needed to be sent back after they said a new one would be sent. We would have taken a photo or not eaten any of advised. Most most of the pizza we eaten. This location makes many mistakes unfortunately. But in the last several months they have been good. Except for this order. I have given them for reviews before this.
Never again will I order out i seldom but I was hungry these fast food restaurants disgusting I ordered pizza from 716 south street they changed and arm and a leg and didn't give me no topping never again will I do business with this place just like I ordered out st pizza pizza the other day and there was hair in my food never again
Absolutely awful. £24 for a small pizza. Admittedly we asked for additional toppings which didnt happen. Certainly wont be ordering again.
The worst place run by a scammer and a thief who steal money from customers by double charging. Police came and it still refused to refund. I hope it loses business. Let’s not give it a chance to have a future in the town and anywhere.
Everything,from the time to the quality.The food ordered was cold , packing was pathetic,taste bad,and the cheese was not at all on the pizza,.maybe trying to save on the money It is not just once ,but has happened couple of times,At times they don't provide the seasoning sachet.Very bad experience
Had pizza monday evening and got food poisoning (my friend's son too who shared my pizza) I reached out to them Tuesday but still waiting on a call back from the manager!!! Update - finally received a callback. Received a full refund and a free order next time

My dominos pizza in Forest City, North Carolina is the best store to get your pizzas from! They've got another big pizza company beat all to pieces. Dominos in Forest City is the only place we'll buy our pizzas from!
I recently ordered online for delivery and ordered a pizza, garlic bread, and cookies. When my order arrived, the cookies were missing and instead I received a portion of fries that I hadn’t ordered.I called the store to explain the issue. While they did apologise and said they would send out the cookies, I was told it would take another 30–40 minutes and that they wanted the fries returned before they would give me the cookies I had already paid for. I found this incredibly frustrating.Firstly, the order should have been correct in the first place. Secondly, asking customers not to eat an item (that they didn’t even order) and to return it before receiving the item they actually paid for is poor customer service. To make matters worse, the fries were cold and stale anyway.Overall, I’m very disappointed with how this was handled. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how they’re resolved that matters — and in this case, the service was very poor.
I order my pizza online and when I got into the store to pick it up they stated to me they haven’t made it yet because they had a large order of pizza’s that came in so my order had to get pushed back, I just said ok and was very disappointed and late for work because they made me wait additional 20 minutes on top of the 20 minutes that the pizza was supposed to have been done.

Ordered Domino’s from the SW 112th St Miami location (Order #508, Feb 11 around 6 PM). The pizza literally arrived with slices missing. Box closed, but food inside was incomplete. I have photo proof.Called the store and was told they were “too busy” to remake it and refused a refund. Only offered a $20 credit — like I’d want to order again after that. I paid for a full pizza, not leftovers.Also had to figure out different dinner for my kids because I wasn’t comfortable serving food that clearly wasn’t handled properly.Terrible service, zero accountability, and a food situation they didn’t take seriously at all. Still waiting on a real refund.
We ordered a pizza at 4.00pm for delivering at 6.00pm.The pizza was delivered 7.15 pm (more than a hour late). Try to call the dominos location.for more than a hour in hold. Nobody pick-up the phone.When the pizza was delivered, it was delivered COLD.Again I try to call the local store.And again nobody pick-up the phone.. een ofcourse you can put in a complain, you get 20% of of your next order with in 30 days.Bud that is not fixing the problem!!!Head office of Domino's pizza gives you a $10 giftcard, and again you must use it within 30 days. I'm not even in the area for a few months.This is the Domino'location in Elizabeth, New Jersey.If you want a tast full and hot pizza, that is delivered on time?Do not order than by Domino's pizza.
