The exhibition is beautiful and very well set up; seeing it was a great experience. However, all the charm was ruined by a poorly trained and unpleasant employee who didn't know how to treat the public or, worse, was completely out of place. They need better supervision.

I got parfume a year ago. I wanted to return it because it was not what I had in Europe!! I sprayed twice, and nothing. After 5 minutes you couldn't smell it. I sent them email, asking them for sending me another one, while I send them the one I got back, they TOLD ME "YOU OPENED THE BOTTLE, YOU DONT HAVE RIGHTS TO COMPLAIN "!!!!!!! Today at work, we were talking how much we need to appreciate the customers, because we need to think about 5 more generations, and I gave them as an example for this! NEVER EVER WANNA BUY SOMETHING FROM DG!!!!!!

I bought D&G sliders and returned them due to a smaller size. My return was accepted on the 16th of January 2026 but to this day I haven't received the refund.

This is one of the worst online boutiques I’ve ever encountered. I’ve had two problems the latest of which is an order I placed which because they failed to provide the correct information was held at customs, and is now being returned to them. They have refused to refund me until they receive the return although they have had my payment for a month and I have had nothing!Their customer care and service is terrible and generic with very off hand replies exhorting me to get in touch with customer service if I need help!!!!! It seems to me this is a problem of their makingTheir problem should be sorted out with UPS and NONE OF THIS IS MY FAULT!I advise caution about ordering online with them - I shall NEVER do do again.AVOID THIS ONLINE BOUTIQUE PLEASE

Appalling Customer Service
I bought a D&G Moka Induction coffee pot as a Christmas present for my wife. Unfortunately when she opened it on Christmas Day, it was too small and as there wasn't an option for a larger version in that model, I asked for a refund. Customer Services could not be less interested. Basically, because I had bought it in plenty of time for Christmas, it was outside of the 14 day return policy and therefore not returnable and "...sorry for the inconvenience"! There is no leeway for gifts and once the company has your cash, that's it, not interested. I wish I had gone to to a seller that actually cared for its customers - basically anyone else. Bottom line, DO NOT BUY FROM D&G.

Avoid!
Purchased a £675 zip through hoodie. Item took almost 2 weeks to arrive which is an unacceptably long time given general timescales nowadays. The hoodie arrived with a large plastic zip tie attached to the zipper on one end and to the internal nape label tag on the other. This resulted in the zip not being able to be opened (meaning I could not try the item on). Expecting people to commit to an almost £700 purchase of a hoodie without allowing them to try it on first is a joke. Returning the item was an even bigger farce. Their returns policy states returns can be made to an authorised boutique. After using the relevant "Return to store" filter of the store finder tool on their website, I contacted the Bond Street store in Central London to be informed they do not accept online order returns. After a back and forth, they eventually advised me to pop in and they "can sort something out". That isn't filling me with confidence for my trip to the store which will cost me £15 in congestion charges! Staff should understand the companies own returns policies and procedures. Alternatively, returning the item online requires 4 proformas to be completed, with them only having supplied me with 2. This means I have to source a printer for the rest. There appears to be a theme of carelessness at Dolce and Gabbana. I have shopped at many luxury brands and have never ever experienced such an awful customer journey. Definitely will not be shopping here again - avoid!

This review is related to D&G makeup only. I ordered an eye kit from the D&G website (I use the products - but purchased from Nordstrom). The eyeliner was received open and dried up. I sent an email to customer service and I am 8 emails in where they have asked for videos and pics - I sent them all. I have never be treated to such inane "customer service."

Purchased a shirt from the Livermore outlets and not even an hour later decided I didn’t want it! Went to the store and the mgr said “YOU CANNOT RETURN YOUR ITEMS YOU HAVE ONLY EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER ITEM!!! I Said NO!! I WANTED TO RETURN IT! HE IMPLIED THAT THAT DONT RETURN EVER!! Sprayer broken on 3.4 oz bottle of Devotion
Poorly made bottle. I bought a bottle of Devotion by Dolce and Gabbana from Amazon. The sprayer stopped working after a month. The plastic tube inside the bottle is loose and about to fall into the bottle. Amazon won't help. And Dolce and Gabbana says Amazon isn't an authorized seller. These are their exact words. "Please note that Amazon is not a Dolce&Gabbana authorized reseller and for this reason we cannot further assist you. We can only provide assistance for items purchased in our Boutiques, authorized resellers or official website since this assures us that it deals with a genuine DG product."I bought it from Amazon. Not an. Amazon seller. The bottle is real. It is just poorly made.

No help with broken bottle of D&G Eau de toilette
I purchased a defective bottle of D&G light blue where the spray was broken. I contacted the “customer care” team and spent a few weeks exchanging emails, videos, receipts and pictures with them. They were utterly appalling. Didn’t bother reading my mails, sent standard template responses and refused to help. All I wanted was a new spray nozzle so I could actually spray my £100 eau de toilette. I used to be a huge fan, now I despise this company and will never purchase fragrances or clothing from them. I will tell everyone I know what a wretched organisation they are too.

Title Luxury brand terrible service
Title:Ordered 3 items on 8 Sept 2025. Over a month later, I received only 1. I sent 18 emails to customer service, but the responses were unsympathetic, robotic, and took no accountability, blaming customs and refusing a refund until the items were “returned to sender.” I had to open a PayPal dispute to recover my money. Extremely disappointing experience for a luxury brand.

I bought low heeled chic leopard print satin D&G shoes at Harrods in London on October 5. I got them back to NY and they sqeaked so loudly I sound like a flamenco dancer. Like cheap Designer Shoe Warehouse plastic shoes. I took them to Madison Avenue boutique and manager convinced me it was the plastic tip on the heels. I had them replaced with rubber tips, the company reimbursed me the $25, and it has made no difference. Now it's crickets from D&G. I have lovely designer shoes from Fendi, Celine and they don't squeak. I will take this to the corporate level, have Amex file a legal dispute. I love the shoes and want them to either be fixed or give me a new pair. Getting nowhere.

My product broke in the mail tried countless times to reach customer service no response! Even sent the product back to the warehouse with a note explaining the situation still, no one has gotten back. It was for a friends engagement gift and it was custom engraved, and all I wanted to do was see about getting a replacement as it was damaged during shipping.
