The toy ball is DANGEROUS…

The toy ball was absolutely terrible and could prove fatal for a dog, is only fit for a cat to use due to its size, as I have a labrador totally not fit for purpose. Arrived very quickly then the same day I tried to get a refund what a nightmare in the end I contacted my bank and only then did I get some of my money back. What a surprise the item had to posted to USA and cost £9.00 to return it didnt come from the USA When I quoted trading standards and my rights as a customer, I have never heard back from them. Dont buy from them they are a joke and a big scam your dog could die from this ball.

Lucky me

Although there are a lot of unhappy customers I am not one of them my Item works and so I am one lucky Bunny my PC is just a click away from my next look see and although I had excellent help from customer service I cannot find any fault with the company. to be honest the only problem I had was that it states easy to use which I did not find I emailed customer service for help and got it but found that when I switched on my PC it asked me to download it without using customer service info I can only say that perhaps it takes time for the PC to recognise it as in the first instance I forgot to turn it off so infarct the unit was still on for over 24 hours before my PC recognised it I am sorry that I cannot add to the customer complaint list. Please note that I have no connection with this company other than a happy customer.

Pet play ball…

Their active pet balls are advertised as robust. My dog broke both of them the first time he played with them, and he’s only a small dog. They’re clearly not fit for purpose and actually present a choking hazard. They refuse to give me back my money. Total scam - stay clear of anything they market

NOT AS ADVERTISED

This product, a WIFI Extender, is not fit for purpose. Whilst I am being offered a "refund" it is almost cost prohibitive to return it from the UK to Sarasota, USA and also be penalised by their deductions for "re-stocking". The device is two generations old - Wireless N - and so can only handle (in theory) 300 Mbps, but it won't even do that! It's a museum piece. I’ll use this as another life lesson. I wish this company no ill BUT, my only hope is that not too many other purchasers raise similar disappointing complaints

Scam. They steal your money.

Scam. You pay and they keep your money without deliver anything. On the net you find a lot of people who lost their money. Stay away.
