DFCU has to be one of the worst banks I have ever used, with AWFUL customer service. If you want to get hit with NSF fees and have your money stolen, step right up. They will take your money over minor mistakes often. God forbid accidents happen, they deserve to keep your money with a $28 fee every time. Run, don't walk!
I have belonged to Deseret first credit union in Utah for five years, and I really like them. They know my name when I come in, and that means a lot I use them as my bank, car, loans, etc. they are excellent!
