I had an email confirming my order then no further communication. I contacted the company for an update and received unhelpful and, quite frankly, bizarre responses. I won't be buying from them again.
Love my experience with Desenio! The website is easy to use, the prints are beautiful, and the quality is better than expected. Everything arrived well-packaged, and once framed, the art instantly elevated my space. I’d definitely order again.

I think Desenio has a great variety of prints that fit into art deco, vintage, modern and maximalist interior as well.
Frames arrived and shipped in a timely fashion. Prints have never arrived, customer service is non existent.
I love Desenio! So many amazing prints to decorate my home with. I love the variety- perfect for all the different styles. Delivery is pretty quick, and their customer service is always very responsive and helpful.
So I ordered some stuff and it kinda took forever to arrive. when it finally did, it was partially damaged but usable. probably just bad luck. not bad but not great either.
The delivery was fast and the item was packaged with great care. The print not only met but exceeded my expectations—we opted for one of the largest sizes, and the blown-up quality was just as sharp and clear as the original picture. I would highly recommend this service!
The art itself is exactly what i wanted. simple and truly modren as i neede. but i can not ignore the delivery issues, if they are upscaling their services this is an area they need to target for improvement.
This company is not legit. I contacted them over and over again about how to return something and they never responded. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
I’ve ordered several pieces from Desenio, and every experience has been smooth from start to finish. The artwork quality is amazing, the packaging is secure and professional, and the shipping was quick and reliable.I especially love how the prints look even better in person.. the colors and details really elevate any room. I’ll definitely be ordering more for future projects. Highly recommend!
Half of my order didn't arrive but order status says delivered. Like come on guys, it's not rocket science - I paid over $300 for two posters with frames and you can't figure it out? At this price point, this quality of service is unacceptable. Also, they claim they'll deliver your order in 2-4 business days. I received only half of my items in 7 days - and the rest is God knows where.
Item not delivered after weeks, Wrong delivery, no client service, only some idiotic robot.
They didn't deliver my framed canvases in the time framed provided, but what was more frustrating is that my order receipt said they DID deliver them. The online contact gives a response from AI, and I only learned that they had not shipped them yet when I called their help line. Worse yet, they charged the wrong amount for no reason at all (my bill was around $230 and they withdrew over $500 dollars from my account). I was assured that I would be refunded for the money (that they were NOT authorized to take) within 14 business days. That time has passed without the arrival of my refund. My canvases did end up arriving (they shipped them one day before I would have been allowed to file a missing claim). The wrongful charge still hasn't been corrected. I have had to call them at least five times and I will have to continue if they don't refund my money. The product is fine, but I will not shop with them again given their lack of accurate communication and accurate financial withdrawal. If a business charges the wrong amount of money for no reason (which is totally unacceptable), they should be quick to resolve that issue. As it is, I have wasted a lot of time on this.
I was very excited to finally purchase from Desenio. I waited...and waited... and waited for two weeks and still haven't received a tracking number. I asked for a refund--hopefully, I receive that.
Prints are smaller than advertised and no help or refund from customer service. Ordered a 20”x28” print and it was 0.5” smaller than advertised resulting in gaps between the art and my frame. Their excuse was that they size the prints to perfectly fit THEIR frames. Beware if you are trying to buy their prints and place them in your own frames I guess.
Did not receive order as Evri did not deliver and decided to return the prints to Desenio. Contacted both parties to complain but neither responded
These are posters. This is garbage. This is what you might put up in a dorm room. Do NOT fall for this stupid website. This is a SCAM! They sell the work of a poor quality colored copier. Terrrrrrible quality. Absolute junk!! Beware!!
I ordered a personal print and a frame from Desenio. I purposely purchased a frame because I believed that if I ordered both the print and the frame they would fit together well. They did not. The photo was too long horizontally, and short vertically. I placed the photo in the frame and I could see the frame cardboard behind the print. The photo print had waves in it because it was too long for the frame. I do not recommend Desenio. Desenio did not ensure that the photo fit the frame and this is very basic especially given that they frame and print wall art. One other note: Notice on their website they do not post reviews from customers. It should give you pause.
