I had some issue with the billing…
I had some issue with the billing department and a nice amount of my photos licensed were revoked. I worked with DP over several weeks and billing issues were resolved and photo licenses were restored in an automated fashion.

Always a great experience
Always a great experience. Time and again, they've been super helpful. Whether it's for my ads or my landing pages, they've got the images, videos and other assets you need. Even in the time of AI, I'd still prefer them over a MidJourney or Higgsfield. Because, there's no replacement of what's original. I'd urge big media houses to go with them, because we don't want to see these skillful photographers on DepositPhotos fade away into oblivion because of AI. Over the years, they've never for once disappointed me, even back when I had issues with their support, they reached out to me and resolved it, so from my own personal experience, I can safely say that they deserve all the love and support and most of all respect, they've earned it.

5 year and still very happy!
I've used Depositphotos for about 5 years now and I've always been impressed with the service and value. I've just communicated in the chat on their website to renew my annual subscription and was helped quickly and efficiently. My only criticism would be that sometimes if you download graphics that you think will have a transparent background (showing a checkered grey and white in the image) it usually isn't so - and you'll just get a file with one layer. Otherwise vectors and other photograph type images have been fabulous!

I LOVE you guys! Your selections are varied and wonderful and search tool good. I recently dealt with your customer service team and they were responsive and resolved my problem right away. Robust selection but few images with diverse age and body types
Limited inventory in terms of images depicting diversity along the parameters I was seeking e.g., Images with males only with diverse age and body type - or they were too difficult for me to find.
